I used to love this store. Very disappointed that headquarters has decided to change back from being a liquidation store to a regular AC Moore. I own a paper crafting store here in Fort Myers and would send plenty of people to the store there on 6 Mile to pick up essential items and wonderful deals. Most of our customers have been coming in this week complaining about the transition back to a regular store. Most of them hurt by the change, now they will go back to shopping at Joanns And Michaels because those stores offer better coupons. If those CEOs thought the store wasnt making enough money as a liquidation store, especially when the employees of this store beg to differ, they will really be sad when they see how many people QUIT shopping there altogether. A popular theory is that they saw such a big rise in customers that the CEOs figured customers would continue to swarm the store without the discounts. Wrong assumption. All in all this is a sad situation.

Awful experience here. Waited in line for around 10 minutes with other people waiting too. However there was an associate doing a return at the register right next to everyone waiting. Two other associates were helping her and they all knew we were waiting. Eventually one person came to start checking someone out (who had a lot of items). The 3 associates working on the associates return still did not acknowledge us waiting in line. I left, without purchasing my items because I wasnt receiving service. This was unprofessional of the associate making the return and rude to ignore the line of customers.

I usually love shopping st AC Moore. I ship (well, did) at the one in Cape Coral all the time. Needing something, I headed up to this one. The selection was great. Customer service overall is very... bland. They dont seem to try and be nice. Some people are super nice, others, such as a woman who is always at the register and I believe to be a manager, always has a terrible attitude. She has a "nice" voicr, but always sounds irritated, as if she doesnt want to talk to customers. I hope one opens up in th Cape again. Ill be shopping online and at Joann Fabrics until than.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. I worked here for about 2 months, and in that time I was screamed at in front of a customer because I wasnt able to do a return because I didnt have the clearance to do it. Then I would call the store to find out my hours and they would pick up and hang up once I said who I was. I also contacted the general manager for the store, regarding the issue with one of the managers and about the hang ups and he ignored me. Not a good place to work and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Really - the ladies I worked with helped me find what I was looking for for my wedding; our search took us outside of their department and throughout the whole store. They were knowledgeable in every area, and really took the time to help me. I didnt know a retail store Could give such great customer service. Ive been coming back often for all my craft and framing needs.

This store is now an "Outlet" store. They do not honor A.C. Moore coupons and claim that most everything in the store is 40% off. DONT BE FOOLED by this marketing gimmick. On most items the price you see is the 40% off price. The original retail price, which was greatly inflated to begin with, is somewhere on the tag or noted on the shelf tag in much smaller print. Very misleading - Very disappointing.

Staff is helpful and check in just the right amount of times where you are not looking for them or feeling like you are watched. The air and atmosphere is plesant. It would help to have signs over sections but otherwise I dont mind strolling around

Love love love this store! Their selection was great until the liquidation announcement. Although they still have a ton of great stuff at 1/2 price. Its unfortunate that they will be closing their doors soon.

It is an outlet store. Everything is 25% off. BUT they raised the prices on most items. You cannot use coupons, making it more expensive then the normal AC Moores. Big disappointment.

Great craft store. This store is not going out of business (as far as I know), but everything is around 50% off. If you need to pick up some craft supplies, this is the perfect place.
