Went on August 19, at about 3 PM. Did a search for what I was needing and found Joanna was cheaper that local big craft stores. Got there and found all but one item. Asked a pleasant, young female worker where that item was and still couldnt see it. Went to front cashier and asked. This worker was great. She took us directly to the spot where the item was. We were very grateful. It has been an early, long day filled with errands and we were so tired. We probably could have found the item otherwise. She was young, thin and had a 2 tone hair coloring. Didnt get her name. But thanks! In the bag when I got home I found 3 large paper ads for Joann deals, classes and such. A waste of paper. All 3 could have been on one piece and one was even blank on the backs. Please be mindful of paper usage vs. waste.

I special ordered fabric because they did not have it in the store for me to purchase. Today I was called for the pick up, went in picked it up I asked the cashier who was really nice there would be an issue for them to cut the fabric in half for me. She stated she wouldnt think theyd have an issue but to go back to the fabric counter & ask as she wasnt completely sure. I go to the counter politely wait my turn & ask the girl at the counter if ahe could cut the fabric straight down the middle for me as its to wide for what Im using it for. She paged to ask & a manager on the other end says No!?. Y would a company where someone makes a nice fabric purchase not be accommodating & cut the fabric for their customer!? Not a happy customer so I will no longer shop at this location.

Somewhat new to sewing, this was my first trip to Jo-Anns store. I went to the 4610 Cleveland store near Christ Centered Books. I couldnt believe the selection of materials when I first saw it! Theyve also got decorations, puzzles, art supplies, books, sewing classes, you name it. If they dont have it you probably dont need it or theyll get it for you. The attendants were so helpful, especially with me being new to sewing I had a lot of questions they were Very Happy to answer and Help me with! Ill be going to this store Often!

Store was ok but I was told I could do a survey and it was not possible to do it. No where on my receipt could I find any store number, no register number and any of the information requested. Surveys like this that promise a 50% off coupon that I am not able to get annoy me. if you think this will encourage me shop at your store, think again. I will go to A. C. Moore instead.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! i am a teacher that was trying to set up a field trip for my students to come visit the store. First my co worker called and they kept telling her to call back "jody" was busy so she decided she didnt want to take the field trip anymore then i tried called and back to back days she is busy. Ridiculous!!!!

Store overall is "okay." However, the quilting 101 class my fiance took was a disaster. They kept changing their mind about rescheduling. When the store finally scheduled a date, the instructor barely knew anything about quilting. The class also ended an hour early because she had nothing else to show them.

The customer service is absolutely awful. Nobody offers to help you and when you ask an employee where something is they dont know and they dont help you look. I was told what I was looking for was like "finding a needle in a haystack and Id have to look myself".

I will continue to shop here because they are the only national store that takes multiple coupons. Michaels and AC Moore are down to one per day and dont offer the service that Jo-Anns does.

Even though theres a store closer to my house, I prefer THIS branch/store. The customer service is the BEST! The selection of fabrics, beads and everything else is INCREDIBLE

Huge store! So much stuff to look at. Spent about 2 hours in the store and my boyfriend and I have only explored half of the store. Will most definitely go back again later!

Nothing fancy here, but you can find any kind or art and decorating and fabric material here easily. Lots of parking available close to the entrance normally.
