In July of 2017 I came in with a silk scarf given to me in 1974. Its a Saratoga Racing Centennial silk dated 1863-1963. These were made to commemorate the 100th running of The Travers Stakes the oldest race in the United States. Many call it The Midsummer Derby. Ive kept it folded in the same box since. LORRETTA in Framing and Stephanie Framing Manager assisted me with completing this project. It took some stretching on a board to smooth out the seams and a heavy museum glass to get it done. STEPHANIE picked out the frame because the original one didnt work. So when LORRETTA called me with an update I wasnt able to get to the store so I went with was suggested. ON August 11th I picked it up and it came out beautifully! Their customer service and experience certainty made the sale effortless on myself. MICHAELS youve have dedicated talented employees! I decided I needed to find a new craft store to try out after not liking the one on Blanding, and this Michaels seemed like a good choice. I hoped this one would be better, and it was! The employees here are all mostly nice (I did have 1 cashier who had an attitude and treated me like I was an idiot, hence the 1 star I knocked off my review, but the rest were all friendly towards me). The selection here is amazing, I could spend hours at this place, perusing the shelves filled with crafting goodies! Their inventory is almost too large, I always have such a hard time deciding what I want to buy. Ive been using this Michaels for a few months now and I have to say, Im happy I switched. Out of all the craft stores Ive been to in the US, this has to be one of my favorite ones. Seriously. Oh, and they also offer military discount here!

Great selection. My only complaint is the managers coupon policy. They only let you use 1 competitors coupon per transaction so the cashiers have to ring up EVERY ITEM separately which means the customer has to pay for every item separately. This is the first store ive been to that has that policy.
