The store is great, checkout slow. I was waiting in line the person in front of me had a big order, and by the time the cashier was done with her there were 6 people behind me. There was an employee working in the jewelry section that could see the line was building and she did nothing about it. She just walked away. When it was my turn, i told the cashier you may wanna call for backup. She caught an attitude with me pretty quickly. From my experience working at Michaels down in sarasota, backup should be called when 2 or more people are standing in line. Even if the backup cashier is only there for 1 person, it keeps the line moving and you dont have disgruntled customers getting impatient. Cashier never called for backup....

Walked in the store to here Jim the store manager belittling one of his employees yelling what is wrong with this picture. Then when I ask his name he became confrontational with me and called me a liar in the middle of the store. Jim is obviously afraid because his dm is coming in for a store visit. Jim needs to learn his employees are people and his customers pay his check. We will never ever shop here again at least until Jim grows up and stops being the little man bully.

The store has a decent selection, but certain departments lack. The staff is 50/50. Some employees are great and very helpful, but others are arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. Overall, it isnt great, but it isnt bad.
