The staff here is absolutely horrible!!! They are all miserable people who absolutely hate their Job and helping people...you need to retrain them with customer service...I live right by this location but drive to the Dale Mabry location because they have an amazing staff...I wanted to do a party at this location...the lady lied and said I needed to book it 3 weeks out( I booked it at the Dale Mabry location for 3 days later)...the manager kept rolling her eyes when I asked basic questions...here is an idea if you hate working there go find a new place to work...they were miserable Jerks during the summer camp time as well...every parent there agreed about the lack of customer service...seriously retrain them or go to Dale Mabry location to mimic them on how to act like humans!

I had a craft birthday party for my two children at Michaels and it was absolutely wonderful! They were extremely helpful and made it very nice for the children. You can choose from a variety of projects, depending on what your child prefers. It was also reasonable, especially taking advantage of coupons to purchase the supplies. I could not find many reviews out there prior to having our party but I am so happy with our choice. I would highly recommend Michaels as a fun alternative for birthday parties.

The store is completely disorganized and it is hard to find anything. There are no staff anywhere but the registers so you cant ask where things are. When a woman finally walked by I asked her were an item was she snapped at me and walked away. Very bad customer service and a very stressful trip.

Excellent collections of craft, jewel items!!! Even though some of them are on 50% off it is not cheap... Excellent staffs.. staffs keep monitoring the waiting list at the billing.. even one customer is waiting.. they open another counter.. it is excellent!!!

Very clean. I think they should be more educated about there products. Maybe they should hire employees with some knowledge of crafts.
