Out of Sight Out of Service... I go into the Asheville location all the time. And they have been the nicest and most helpful. Well, not everyone...some people are just born crabby and sour and wouldnt be pleasant for all the money in the world... But I digress. But today I called to see if they had put new Spring patterns out because today is the last day of the sale. This store tends to lag behind on getting new patterns to the floor. And I didnt want to waste a trip if they had not put the new patterns in the drawers. Well the person I talked to was very evasive & and giving me excuses as to why he wouldnt be able to tell me if they had put new patterns out. Then he finally offered to transfer me to the cutting counter. Then he came back and said they were too busy to go check the draw. By this time I was a little peeved, so I just said thank you and hung up. In my mind, Im thinking about how my experiences in person have been, vastly, different than this phone experience. I guess you have to be there....

its a cute little store where you can find anything but until they fire that rude old lady at the cash register, I would 100% NOT recommend going. Because I am Asian, she gave us the disgust glare and wouldnt check our items out until we literally ask "can you check us out". She then accuse us of STEALING something which we confidently answer no and even ask TWICE if she would like to check. But she said no. She didnt even offer an apology. Very nice place but with awful people

At Overlook Village. I & mom was first time there. I never heard of name store Jo-Ann so nice place. Oh my favorite crafts beg everything. Many colors paper and different things.

Called the store to ask a question, waited on hold for 10 min. A man picked up after Id been on hold and was so rude. Dont worry- wont call again. Wont shop there either.

Smallest Joann Ive ever been in. Fabric selection is mostly tacky prints, prices are outrageous (make sure you use coupons, they take competitors coupons and stack them)
