In what used to be a Circuit City store, the store itself is dark and cave like. There doesnt seem to be a flow to the inventory, jumping from aisle to aisle. For example, wood glue is not with the wood crafts, but instead in a sectioned off part of the store far away from the unfinished work projects. For anyone with allergies or a sensitive nose, the first aisles of overwhelming candle and wax scents will knock you over. Prices seem on the higher end, nothing outrageous though. On the other hand, they have a grand supply of yarn, ribbon, and home decor. They have staff throughout the store eager to help and answer questions.

Tamara in the Frame Shop was great! She was very patient with me and gave great suggestions for frames & mats and how to position our multiple pieces within the frames. They had a wonderful selection of ready made frames too. Great turnaround time of a week for a custom job. I was also fortunate enough to go when they were having a 50% off special! I will definitely be going back for all of our custom framing needs in the future.

Great store that I was eager to see had a location close by. However, staff was inattentive, and attempts at asking for help were blatantly ignored. I really think that management needs to staff the store a little more heavily due to the amount of traffic that it had in store.

The arrangements (floral and craft) are simply adorable. This store is a beautiful concoction of country clutter. The framing dept is first class. The shelves are lined with thousands of neat and useful merchandise. This is a great store!!
