Usually have everything Im looking for, however, just got home from there. I had started a project using some craft type buttons. I ran out of the buttons, so went to get more. I spent al least 30+ minutes looking for them. A young man helped me, but he couldnt find them either. Im in the middle of my project, so cant substitute. Hope to find them!

I was just calling about framing and have been on hold for over 14 minutes now. Obviously, they do not care about customer service at all. Go to Keetons in Bradenton or Art & Frame in Sarasota.

My big issue with Michaels in general but especially this one, is assistance is hard to find. Only one cashier with 15+ people in line. Everything was well stocked.
