Called they said they were open till 9:00. Drove from West Seneca due to that Petco being closed due to a roof cave in due to a snow storm. Got there a 6:15 and doors locked. A employee came out to get carts and told me they closed at six. I told him that I had called and he simply said not his fault.

Prices are decent and the employees are over the top helpful and friendly. And kudos to to Jessica when I was returning a pee pad and struck up a conversation and she filled me in on all the different training programs you had to offer. Very friendly and knowledgeable employee you have there.

Dont bother calling for a nail clipping, said they be there till 5pm arrived at 4pm no one there left early. Great customer service.... Ill never step inside that store ever again. Very poor service.
