This particular location of Pet Supplies Plus is particularly wonderful. They get to know your pets name, your routine, and the items you purchase. We easily purchase at least $50 every weekend from this location. They even mail out coupons from time to time if you join the rewards program. We really enjoyed their bath Club, where you purchase multiple baths at once, and then use a punch card every time you use their self-serve doggie bath area. Our dog went from a crybaby thrashing around our bathtub, a dog that will willingly go up the steps and let us wash him. They have a self-serve doggie Deli, where you can get pigs ears at a very reasonable price. Theyre very large, and they have multiple options even for those that prefer not to give your dog or cat parts of another animal as a treat. They have a large selection of doggie cookies covered in some sort of frosting made of yogurt, and our dog particular loves those. If Pet Supplies Plus has a sale item, and they dont have enough in stock, you can ask them to get a rain check and to hold X number of items for you. They will call you when it comes in and you will get that price honored. I really enjoy the customer service and friendly nature as well as the competitive prices at this version and location of Pet Supplies Plus. Kudos to the management and the excellent pet living staff.

We just discovered Pet Supplies Plus by accident today. Very glad to find this Ashburn store! (It is right near Hoe Goods.) It is far superior to Petsmart. They have a fabulous selection--there must be 100 different dog treats, for example! And the staff is top notch, especially Ashley. She asked to help me the minute I walked in. That alone was great because the store is HUGE, and it would have taken me forever to find anything. But best of all, she was extremely knowledgeable--on dog treats, leashes, toys, and the total product line. It was a real pleasure to shop here, and I can guarantee that this is where we will go in the future, not Petsmart. If you havent been, just try it once.

I always enjoy stopping in here. The staff are super friendly and make sure they ask if you need anything upon entering the store. They have vet services that are there on certain days and the prices are really good when it comes to what the vet offers! They have a place to wash your pets in the back. A do-it-yourself wash room that seems really nice. (I havent used it yet) Always very clean and plenty of parking and you can bring your pets inside the building!

I am visiting my daughter in Jefferson, MD. I called all the pet stores in her area....Petco and PetSmart looking for stripped sunflower seeds for our Parrot. They had no idea what kind of seeds they were. Finally I called PetSupplies Plus and they knew what kind I needed and they had it in bulk. It was worth the 28 mile drive to Asburn, VA. We stocked up on it.

Good pet store but we like the dog washing room. There are two sinks, one high, one low. They provide towels and usually the shampoo. It is a pretty good value.
