I came here because of the positive reviews I read but I was extremely disappointed. First my appointment was cancelled last minute because my groomer had an emergency. I understand these things happen but they said they couldnt reschedule me for another week and it took 2 weeks to get the appointment that was cancelled. After I expressed my frustration they had an appointment open up the next day. Everyone I interacted with gave me an extremely hard time for wanting to give my 7 month old goldendoodle puppy a full groom because it was "traumatizing and unsafe" for puppies to get fully groomed because "theyre really hyper". This really annoyed me! All dogs are puppies at some point and if you have a dog that has long fur, they need to get fully groomed as a puppy! I booked a full groom (even though I was urged not to) and when I arrived to my appointment the groomer gave me a really hard time as well saying I was putting my puppy in danger. I love my dog and all dogs for that matter and would never want to do anything to harm them and I think that if your job is to groom dogs then you should also be able to groom puppies. The groomer only did a mini groom and claimed my puppy was "too crazy to give a full groom". He looked ridiculous! His body fur was extremely long and the way they blew it dry made it so poofy and frizzy then he had a trimmed face and legs. It was just awful. Then on top of that, they charged me for a full groom. I went home and trimmed his body myself and he didnt give me any trouble at all so the groomer was either lying or my dog just did not like the way she was treating him. My puppy has also since been groomed at our vets groomer at Hidden Valley and did just fine. I will not be going back to this place ever.

I took my pet to Wolfgang today for the first time and was quite disappointed at the results. I returned to find my dog had been accidentally cut. Now, I understand this happens. However, it was more of the conversation about the incident. First, I was told that it was nothing to worry about. Then, the owner said that it was just a scratch. Scratches dont bleed! Maybe, you all see this all the time but I dont. A little more concern goes a long way. Dont think I will return!

My lil (hes actually huge) pupper lives this place! They always are super careful with him and he comes back smelling and looking like a prince. Hes older and doesnt like other dogs too much, but they always take good care of him and report back that hes okay. Baths typically take 1-2 hours and their staff is very helpful in the meantime. I always get a call to remind me the day before his bath which is nice too. Overall, great company with dog-loving groomers.

Hard to find a place that is knowledgable on how to appropriately groom a pomeranian but very impressed with Woofgang! They can usually fit in an appointment within the next day or so - very convenient! My girl doggy always leaves with cute bows or feathers in her hair and smells sooo good! And even though shes a super picky eater, she loves their baked treats!!

I absolutely LOVE this store, its super convenient and offers good quality food and treats, awesome hand made cookies for dogs and cool collars and fun toys. They also have specialty treats such as fish skins, duck feet, Himalayan chews and more. The owner of the store is super nice !! Love this place and the location !!

Sheri did an amazing job! My pup just turned ten weeks so looked up what was the best Spa and was not disappointed! Everyone there is a dog person. Felt very comfortable leaving her there. I highly recommend!!!! Five paws review for them and especially Sheri. Did an amazing Schnauzer cut on Lil Oreo!!!
