Loyal customer for years. When you buy their products you fully appreciate and/or know the hazards of other products on the market (like some dog food has saw dust in it). If you dont know the risks of commercially made dog food just do a quick Google search of "Menu Foods 2007." And, as a pet owner you will be comforted to know the food at Unleashed is almost never recalled. Unlike pet food sold at PetSmart and Petco. Im not knocking these foods or the stores. Where you buy your pet food is a personal choice. Their pet wash is an excellent option in the winter months to your tub or shower. For a very minimal price you can wash your pets without having to clean up after yourself. When in a hurry call ahead and they will have the food at the counter waiting for you. If they dont have what you need they more than likely can get it from one of their other stores. They have several in the area. Just ask. They will be more than happy to call for you. The only downside is parking. But, Stonehnege Market is just like that.

Amazing store! The customer service is great. Our dog was allowed to sniff about and they were very gentle with her bc she has such high anxiety. We were never pressured to buy anything and the cashier was so sweet to give us samples of things to try for anxiety and travel. We were given some sample dog food to try as well since we think our dog may have some allergies and they even threw in a frozen snack for our baby later. Yes the prices are high; people who write reviews and give low ratings for this fact alone are complete idiots. You go to a SPECIALTY store to get SPECIALTY pet items. SPECIALTY = higher than Target. Lets be honest here. I will again shop here for our specialty needs and will continue to go to Target for basic pet items. Amazing staff. Cant wait to use the DIY bath section. Thank you so much for an amazing first time experience!!!!!

Brie was such a delight to work with! She helped us fit Antonio for a leash and also talked to us about a raw food diet and higher quality cat food. She was by herself and swamped, but handled all customers with grace. We didnt feel rushed and she provided great customer service. They were also outstanding when I had to return something. Our cat would not take the product and they were excellent. I try to avoid returning stuff, but this just didnt work. The store is cute and has lots of wonderful items and I will be back for Christmas! I know they have also supported the Wake Co. Animal Shelter with donations and want to include that as I like to shop at small businesses that also give back.

...is there a better option in NC? I doubt it. The staff is friendly and well informed...in fact, some are bona fide experts on animal nutrition. Wide variety of foods and healthy treats (dry,canned, fresh) - they dont sell any crap - and their prices are extremely competitive. My Rhodesian Ridgeback lived 12 glorious years and I believe the quality of his food and treats had something to do with it. Unleashed is a big step up from the chain superstores, and you may be surprised by the prices...very competitive. Dominic loved visiting Unleashed at Stonehenge, and I still drop in occasionally to say hello. Accept no substitute, highest recommendation!!

Would not ever consider purchasing from here. After getting a recommendation from a store in Greensbork, just moved, I decided to go in. My dog has a lot of allergies and am trying to find a food that will work for him. I read most of the dog food brands and varieties they had in their store. Not once did someone ask me if I needed help. You figure they care at least 10 brands with 3-4 varieties per brand. You can guess how long I was there without someone asking me if I needed help. All three employees were still behind the counter in exact same spot as when I came in. I will take my business where it is wanted

My family visited the store last night and was easily able to find multiple choices of exactly what we were looking for. The store owners were friendly, courteous and helped us decide which toy would be the best purchase for our dog. Our dog has not put the toy down since we brought it home last night. Though I had never seen anything like it before, it has been an amazing toy. Thank you for making my dog so happy; we will definitely be back for more unique, yet amazing toys!

I just stopped in while visiting family in the area-- I love this place! Pet wash station was beautiful, clean, super stocked and private-- only $15! I wish there was better water pressure, but not a single other complaint. Employees were friendly and helpful, location is accessible and hours are reasonable. They did recommend calling ahead to book the washroom, because apparently they are fairly booked up (I got lucky!).

Excited by other positive reviews. Brought our pup to bathe-- website specifically says they are open today, but all the lights are out. Sign notes "closed"-- we saw a couple other pups and owners walk up to the door, so no one got the memo. Answering machine says theyre assisting other customers. Wasted a lot of time driving from Butner to try something new. Bummer. Call and confirm before you head their way!

Great great place! Very friendly helpful customer service, and kitties to greet you!! In response to the "everything is expensive" comment, you have to understand the quality of what you are getting. I actually thought the prices were VERY competitive with other like stores in the area. If you are looking for healthy treats and food for your furry friend, this is where to get em!

Pet stores are usually just pet centric shopping carts but the folks at Unleashed makes your pet a personal project for them. They really go above and beyond to help you find what you need. Their DIY pet washing facility is a "just bring your pet" approach for a very reasonable price. They have everything else and do the clean up after you leave.

Ive been looking for a place where I can buy my dogs food after I moved here from Colorado and I came across Unleashed. I was pleased to find out that they could order most food and guarantee that you pay the same price as before. Ill be shopping here more often! I just wish they had small Duke bandanas ;)

Always willing to discuss with me my numerous questions about allergy needs in my dogs, and ALWAYS willing to help with donations for my foster pups. I never shop anywhere else !!! We brought our 3 dogs here to bathe. It was only $25 and we got to do it ourselves! There is a very nice, private room with EVERYTHING you would need to wash and groom your pet (and you dont have to clean up)! We like being able to do it ourselves because we it makes our fur babies more comfortable!
