I love the Pet Shop!! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They stock USA-made products. Their pet foods are actually healthy for my cats compared to the filler and byproduct foods that you get at the grocery store or big pet stores. I find the Pet Shops prices to be the same as the big pets stores, and if they dont have something in stock, they will order it for you. In fact, they pre-order a 15-lb bag of my cats favorite food every couple of weeks and its waiting for me in the store when I need it. This is the type of personal service youll never get from a big pet store. I love the boutique-like atmosphere. My son and I often stop in just to see whats new. I highly recommend checking this pace out.

I get my geinea pigs food, treats, and bedding from there all the time. Today Nov.21 2015 I had a appointment at 10:30 to get my 8 week old puppy nails cut cause his nails were to long they kept getting caught in the carpet and clothing. When I got there tge lady that does the grooming told me in a rude way I dont want him in here cause he is to young . So the other lady that wotks there had told her so your not going to do his his nails and the grooming lady said no . I understand that he could get sick cause of the other dogs but she didnt have to say it in a rude way. I can take my business somewhere else when he is a little older.

Some of the employees are very knowledgeable about some of the more exotic animals (eg Bearded Dragons)...at least they know much more than PetSmart or Petco kids who have been simply useless (who walk over to the book section and have to look everything up). They are more expensive than PetSmart or Petco, but the employees are much more knowledgeable than the high school kids making an extra buck.

The owner and staff are incredibly helpful every time we come here, whether we have questions regarding our dogs or birds. They have ordered food for us, suggested websites for helping with other issues and been so responsive to our pets needs. Tara, the groomer is wonderful, she has been clipping our dogs nails for the past few months, and making it a non stressful experience for our old girl.

Absolutely Love This Place, , $$ is totally worth it when they remember you and your pets names., But dont really see where they are more expensive than anywhere else, unless you are buying cheap junk. they dont carry that :-)

They always have what I need. They offer to order things they dont regularly carry if I need some else. They are very friendly and show they truly care about animals. We shop here for all of our pet needs, furry and scaled.
