If i could rate them 0 i would there customer service is terrible theres always nothing that ever they can do!!! Ever!!! I went in there to buy some fishes which i spent almost 100 dolls. I noticed they sold me infected fishes i go in there to see what we could do. They didnt even gave me any type of solution or perhaps tell me they could treat them or gave me a dicount on. The medicine or something they just showed me where the med. was and told me thats all they could do! I mean like those fishes were infected and infected my fishes i have a fish tank of 75 gallons i didnt just have 3 fishes. They even have the infected fishes out!!! Dont go there im so disappointed!!! Horrible Animal care as well as custumer service!

Good selection of dog foods, toys, and treats. Very disappointing fish department. Considering they are the only place within an hour that has ANY saltwater, if they tried just a little they could be doing really well. I dont think I have ever seen all their saltwater tanks with at least one fish in each tank. They could easily handle 5-10x the fish they have if they managed the systems well. The aquarium supplies selection doesnt seem any better than big box stores. Freshwater fish are better, but they tanks are too small. You can tell that if certain fish stay too long they start getting nippy. The goldfish never seem to be doing well. Good if you arent looking for aquarium stuff.

Im Being nice by saying 3..... This store is good for buying dry and can foods for animals. I do NOT recommend purchasing fish from them unless you can buy them BEFORE the are added into the store system. Customer service is OK most days, but the stock people that arent very help full and sometimes rude. Prices are a little on the higher side. Then again they stock a good quality product on MOST of the stuff they sell.

The staff are miserable, every time I go here, and the aquarium tanks are always filthy. There are always dozens of dead fish, and they clearly have a case of ick that they are not treating (it progressively gets worse every time I go). It is almost impossible to get someone to help you; and once you get someone they treat you like a burden.

I have been coming to this store for years some people are a amazing but new staff members need to be trained in customer service. Dont hire people that should not interact with the public. Maybe it is poor management at this point.

Associate was very helpful and knowledgeable when we were shopping for fish for our new tank. We bought two fish and are very happy with our selection. We will return there to buy more fish and supplies in the future.

Large selection of dog and cat items as well as a decent selection of fish stuff. Staff and manager very friendly and helpful. Would love to see more saltwater fish and supplies.

I go there for the self-serve dog wash station. Warm sappy water, drier and towels without the mess and pain of doing it at home. 5 washes for $25
