Its the best location with the worst staff especially Tonya she was judging customers of something that is not her business. She just keeps arguing with customers about nothing I was wondering how could a company like this hire a person like her to be a shift supervisor when she knows nothing of what shes doing. For her losing customers are better then to sell the pets or merchandise from the store. A person like this making businesses loses customers and money of being selfish. Thats the worst thing I ever seen in life business. My advice for the company is to watch who you hire to work for you. :(

Omg tonya is one of the hardest workers at pet supplies plus, when I come in there she treats me like a king, if I were pet supplies plus I would give her a raise for tonya being such a patient, loyal, and genuine individual!! I hope pet supplies plus never loses such a good employee!! Rick

Staff is very helpful and friendly and offers help both in store and carry out. Also has a self dog wash and clinics at good prices for shots. Theyve been a sight for cat adoptions and donations to various rescues. Nice sales with card too.

They have a large selection of wet and dry dog food. Great selection of all kinds of treats and chews. Always find something special for my dog. Clean and not too busy. Friendly and helpful employees.
