Outstanding customer service! The woman took the time to hear what Joeys needs were and I felt she was extremely knowledgeable. They have a great selection of high quality food, treats, etc. What is even better, I was told that if Joey didnt like the products, I could return for a refund. I have wasted so many dollars with a finicky cat! Another reviewer said the store was cramped--maybe they remodeled, but I didnt find that at all. Its worth it to me to pay a little extra for service and help. For instance, she recommend a product for hairballs and explained to me that even if I dont see a hairball, it doesnt mean he might not have one (still a relatively new cat mommy & learning!)

LOVE this pet store. They answered all my questions (and there were a lot of them) patiently when we decided to expand our family by 2 guinea pigs. Walking out of this store I felt like I had all the knowledge (and supplies) needed to keep our guinea pigs happy and healthy. Even though they dont "carry" guinea pigs, they were able to order them for us (babies), make sure they were healthy before handing them to us. Very happy with the service and "goods" received!

If you want to feed your pet a good quality, healthy diet, this is the place to go. Huge variety on great US Manufactured foods that are high in protein and low in fat. Not your grocery store brands!!! Talk to Jackie, she is awesome and will help you find just the right diet for your pet.

Staff are very nice people. The Owner actually clipped my bird wings for FREE! Saved me $$ cause the other known Pet Shops ask for a lot of money for the same service. The place is well stocked, if they dont have it you can request it.
