This is one of my favorite pet stores. The other day I purchased two big bags of cat litter and the young gentlemen could not have been nicer. They found what I needed and loaded into the car. Their prices are good and they were especially helpful when I had to return and figure out some items for Antonio (we are now walking him outside). While I try and shop local as much as possible, I also will spend my money at stores where I am treated well, people are helpful and prices are competitive.

This store was fantastic, I went after visiting Petsmart looking for a guinea pig cage. They have a very large selection for various pets, from dogs to small reptiles and fish. The animals there are all handled by the staff regularly and they genuinely care about them. As far as price, it seemed to be right on par with petsmart for wet food, cheaper for supplies, and a little more expensive for dry food, but a huge selection of food.

There are two young men that are ALWAYS very welcoming when I come in. They helped me pick a higher quality dog food for my new pupper and were very friendly. Because of their excellent customer service I have started frequenting this store whenever I need something or want to try something new. There is also a bulletin board in the back with all kinds of pet-related info, such as an upcoming Halloween petfest.

Absolute best pet store in the triangle. The customer service here is stellar! Please start carrying the precious cat litter in the 40lb bags again. I always buy it from you and I am so sad you dont carry it anymore!

You have got to check out the new Pet Supplies Plus store. They moved down the street into the same shopping center as Tradre Joes! Beautiful new store with the same friendly staff. Super prices and selection.
