This store was recommended to me for a place to help me fix my dryer after sears spent 1 month of sending me parts that did nothing but drive me crazy. I walked into rockland appliance and told them my problem and the woman would not let me buy anything until i tried something with the vent. It didnt work so i went back today and they sold me the coils which totally fixed my problem. I just wanted to say thank you for being honest and knowledgeable. I highy recommend this business for appliance repair.

Brian the service tech fixed my dryer problem ...but luckily he noticed an issue with the way the flame was burning. He suggested a dryer vent cleaning today and provided me with the name of Nate Greenberg. I am so thankful for Brians skillful eye...my dryer vent was not only occluded it was not aligned ... a disaster hiding behind the wall. Who knew! a true Thanks giving gift...Maria P New City

Called for a part for my dryer they told me they ordered it called back a few days later was told the part never came called back again a few days later part never came worst place I will never shop here again
