"RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!" I own an appliance repair company in the Hudson Valley Region and I went to Automatic Appliance Parts last week to pick up some parts and noticed they had a GE Dishwasher for sale on the floor for $269.00. I asked Brandon the salesman does it come in black and if so I would like to put a deposit on it. He said yes and asked me would you like to pick it up next Tues or Thurs. I said next Thurs and gave him a $60 deposit and would pay the rest when I come in. Unfortunately, I was not able to make it in on Thurs because I had a busy route and an unexpected business meeting so I called John to reschedule the pick up for Monday. As a result John became very irate and started to raise his voice at me and told me I have to pick it up today and that he would not hold it any longer. In response I decided to cancel the order and told him I want a refund. When I got there he continued to ramble on about his company policies and told me Im not a man of my word and not to come back to his business. I told him I have no intentions on coming back after his behavior over the phone. I shouldve learned my lesson after the first fiasco I had with them last year when it took them over a month to issue me a refund for a washer I returned. Beware and stay far away from this company.

We had an emergency when a SAMSUNG Refrigerator was failing and needed a fast replacement. Affordable Appliance Service developed specifications for a new Refrigerator last Monday, July 3, 2017 and recommended Automatic Appliance at Fishkill, New York to purchase a replacement. We ordered our new Frigidaire Gallery replacement on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 and, because of the emergency, Automatic Appliance was able to deliver and install the new product on Friday, July 7, 2017 without issues. This was fast and reliable service!
