IGNORED WHILE OWNER DISCUSSED PLANS FOR TWO YEAR OLDS BIRTHDAY PARTY! I went into this store to have approximately 6 items repaired, and, then, depending on how that went, I had planned on purchasing a white gold necklace. There was a man and a woman working in the store and one customer when I arrived. The woman waited on me but could not answer any of my questions and kept saying that she would have to ask "him," the man who was ostensibly waiting on the one other customer. I agreed to wait for a while but after the two people working in the store and the other customer started discussing plans for the what sounded like the customers two year old grandchilds birthday party and what they had done for their own children at length I had had enough and felt that I had been kept waiting far too long with no end in sight. I turned to the trio and said,"If you dont have time for me Ill take my things and leave." The man answered me, arrogantly saying,"I will help YOU as soon as I am finished waiting on this customer." The woman suggested that I could leave my items. I said that I wouldnt be leaving my things and they suggested that I come back another time. What I should have said to the man was, "That I didnt have time for him to do his jewelry business AND party planning in this lifetime!" because that is it how I felt and I certainly was NOT going to leave several valuable watches and other items with these rude and unresponsive people. Thank you for the opportunity to share this disappointing and insulting experience.

We used to frequent another very popular jeweler in the area but have found Gary to have better prices and he makes all his jewelry himself. He has made duplicates when items have been lost or stolen, created custom pieces from me, he even helped design my wedding band. Couldnt be happier with his work and prices! Contrary to the review under me, Ive never had a "rude" experience at Garys. The staff is extremely personable and cares about their customers needs. They focus on their customers, and are extremely trustworthy. Gary is an extremely skilled and trustworthy jeweler. If you like sparkly things and friendly people, Garys is the place for you!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgable about their products! Gary is the best, hes repaired countless amounts of my watches and my wifes jewelry. Best prices all around, Ill drive an hour from home only to get there because I wouldnt go to any other jeweler.

Gary is honest and fair. He takes the time with each customer as they require it. Custom made to order jewelry is his gift. Placing false trust in your jeweler is like buying a cheap security system. You never know when it will need to prove itself.
