my experience at fort knox was terrible they were very nasty and especially the old man who claimed to be the owner was nasty and racist to my family and I he did not allow us to speak our native language he hates Spanish and after selling us ficticious gold and fake silver wich turn black within days of purchase he refused to return our money back .they refuse to give people receipts and tell us to take there word for it .that is just another word for stealing wich is what they do best buy dirt cheap and sell things really high its almost like money laundering If you speak Spanish the owner will bann you from coming in like you really would want to go again after being treated like garbage save yourself a headache and go elsewhere the worst store in the Hudson valley

i went it with the poor ideas of what a real diamond is worth ...i brought to you a 3 and half karat gold mens ring to sell and i was low ball so bad that i almost dropped it tears i discribed to other jewerls and being told that it was worth over 15k and this company only gave me 600 for it.....you people knew what you guys were doing the whole time i would never come back to your store and i will tell my story to everyone i can to....your employees need to be honest will people

My experience at this pawn shop was horrible. I was treated with disrespect by an older gentleman who worked there. Not much else to say and rather not get into detail to embarrass this particular location even more ... but dont waste your time. They seem to be stuck in the past and lack a major understanding of business acumen. As a person who owns a business and has had experiences in pawn shops I was utterly appalled by this location.

Craigslist ad, guy was looking for les Paul case and had a bossme70 to trade, was surprised when I went in, pawn shop looks clean and actually had a descent music selection, as far as selling an item idk and probably would never bring anything to be pawned.. I like my gear
