Beyond expectations! J Vincent is by far the best and most knowledgeable custom jeweler you will find. Joe and his staff are extremely passionate and well versed in making the design process fun and exciting. When my fiancee and I first visited J Vincent we shared our vision for wanting a unique, one of a kind ring that represented more of a cocktail style then a typical cookie-cutter engagement band. We collaborated on different stones, sizes, styles and ideas to draw up the perfect design. Joe carefully hand selected the center stone which was a Forevermark Diamond carved from the ocean beds of South Africa. Forevermark contributes to the healthcare and education of Women in these regions which is an incredible cause to fund through the process. The stone is a beautifully rare 3.1 karat that looks incredibly flawless. He then designed a double diamond halo around the center stone with a gold split shank to create the most unique over the top engagement ring. Even though I was part of the process, I was in utter delight when my fiancee proposed with the finished design as it exceeded my expectations! Joe and his team were so patient and such a pleasure to work with. They made the process fun and were collaborative and honest about the style as we worked through the details of our design. I highly recommend JVincent for the most unique, custom one-of-a-kind design! I constantly get stopped by people asking me if my ring is real - that is the true mark of how distinctive and beautiful JVincents vision is!

I was introduced to J. Vincent Jewelers, and Joe Brando 1995. I had just relocated from St. Louis to New Jersy and was on a very tight budget. It was Christmas time and I wanted to get my wife a gift that showed my appreciation for all the sacrifices she made moving around the country, for my career. Joe and his staff spent hours working with me and my limited budget to come up with the perfect gift. It made for a great holiday. They treated me like family and really cared about making sure my wife would enjoy her gift. Needless to say thanks to Joe and his staff we have had many great holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, and engagements. The jewelry is always unique and beautiful. My wife and family members are always complimented on their beautiful jewelry. Even now, living in North Carolina, I only shop at J. Vincent. Most of the time I fly to New Jersey to see my only jeweler. But when I cant get there Joe makes it easy by sending recommendations via email, and walking me through his online website. Year after we see familiar faces, shopping for the holidays, and everyone is sharing stories of the great experience they have had at J. Vincent. I travel from New York to make my jewelry purchases from J.Vincent Jewelers. I started buying their jewelry when I attended the opening on Nordstrom in Roosevelt Field Mall....at that time they carried Joes designs along with Fortunoffs and some other fine jewelry stores. Needless to say I was elated when Joe opened up his boutique jewelry shop in Colts Neck N.J.. Its a little bit of a drive for me, but its worth every second!! Joe and his staff are spectacular...as are their unique and creative jewelry designs. I am always made to feel at home and never feel pushed or pressure sold in any way. I usually deal with Joe or Meaghan...that are fantastic...and with both of them having a background with GIA and the AGS together with a partnership with Forevermark....I am assured my diamond jewelry purchases from J.Vincent Jewelers are beautiful, rare and responsibly sourced. For the most beautifully brilliant diamonds and true custom unique design...there is no one else quite like J.Vincent Jewelers!

Our family has used J Vincent for years and has had nothing but the best experience!! More recently, I had a personal experience that blew me away in terms of their commitment to their customers. After losing the center stone of my engagement ring (which was from J Vincent and exquisite) I was relieved to know that insurance would replace it. They told me I would have to use one of their jewelers, but I called J Vincent anyway to get advice. The owner,Joe, immediately got on the phone with me and made me feel so reassured that he would help me with this matter. Not only did he start looking for a near exact replacement to my diamond (which he had found by the end of the day on a Friday!) but he took over all of the headaches of dealing with the insurance company and dealt with the adjuster directly. I had my ring back within a week (of a holiday weekend) and once again it was exquisite. J Vincent is not just a jeweler, but a life long relationship that I would highly recommend!!!

Joe and his staff are absolutely professional in their field of custom jewelry design. My wife Kelly and I have been going all over Monmouth County...searching some of the jewelers who appeared to have very high ratings and were considered to be the best...so they said! J.Vincent Jewelers made us feel right at home...and the minute we entered the shop we were impressed with the amazing detail to jewelry craftsmanship. At the other shops we had to sign in and none of the owners ever came out to greet us. When we entered J.Vincent...Joe offered us a cup of coffee and then went on to create a beautiful ring for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. I am so glad that we did not rush to make a jewelry purchase. Finding Joes shop in Colts Neck was truly like finding a rare gem!! Kelly and I love Joe and his entire staff...we recommend him to all of our family and friends...and highly recommend you take a moment to visit this hidden treasure!!

J. Vincent jewelers are professional, trusting and not at all "pushy". They have a beautiful selection of a variety of fine jewelry and will also customize anything. The store is warm and friendly with beautiful artwork and a fish tank for decor. I had my pear shaped diamond reset for my 30th wedding anniversary. I must have looked at hundreds of settings in numerous fine jewelry shops in central NJ. I never found a setting I liked because my stone is slightly yellowish. In fact I had one jeweler tell me "it is what it is". Not what I wanted to hear- I wanted a setting that would make my sparkly stone look beautiful. Joe Brando at J. Vincent knew exactly how to do this by placing a rose gold halo around my stone and I am absolutely thrilled with the result!!! I believe his prices are fair and he even put an aquamarine stone in my old setting for me to wear as a cocktail ring-- no extra charge. Would definitely recommend J. Vincent.

J. Vincent jewelry is absolutely amazing. From the moment you step inside your treated like family by joe and his wonderful staff. My boyfriend and I just got engaged and I cannot say enough about my ring it is truely one of a kind and have yet to find anything like it in any other store. When you go to other jewelry stores your just seen as a dollar sign. But here at J. Vincent we never once felt pressured especially when we were ring shopping awhile ago. Joe had gone above and beyond even taking his own personal time to go to New York to make my ring just absolutely perfect. We are so extremely satisfied with the customer service this is the only place we will go to buy fine jewelry. Your experience means a lot and our experience with Joe and his staff has always been magnificent and exceptional. A++, five stars all the way !!!
