Trust no other jewelers. I have known the twins since around 1997 when they were in Spring Valley, NY. They are fair and honest, and I dont trust anyone else but them for my stuff. I have bought engagement rings and wedding bands (2 wives), recommended friends who have also purchased them. I shopped around EVERYWHERE for quality diamond at a reasonable price. No one came close. Ive purchased watches, chains, charms, rings, earrings for the wife and a host of other things. In addition, they recently took and old gold nugget my wife had and made it into a beautiful pinky ring with a heart. I will never use another jeweler unless I absolutely have to. Great family and well worth it.

I ordered and paid for the shipping on March 7, 2016. Today it is June 7, 2016. Three months have gone by. Can you figure out how many people who ordered and paid for these rings and have never received them? Take 1,000 people x 9.95 and you come up with $9,995. Thats if only 1,000 people ordered. I expect that there was more than this. How much has this place scammed? I have contacted them several times and they say, patience. China has to keep making them. Delayed because of one reason or another. Dont fall for this SCAM. I am reporting this company to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission.

This is NOT the same company that is scamming people for the Jesus ring!! They have a similar name to that other company, but they have no affiliation with any Jesus rings and do not sell their jewelry online! Ive been a long time customer of this local jewelry shop. Kevin and Marc have always gone above and beyond to make sure every transaction goes smoothly. My husbands family have been customers for over 20 years, and theres a reason we always think of Special Designs first: they are honest and stand behind the quality of their beautiful jewelry.

Special Designs Jewelers is the BEST! (Not to be confused with the China based Special Design Jewelers online website) This is an amazing family owned and operated business. The Shahinian family is extremely knowledgeable and kind. They go above and beyond what is expected and needed. I have purchased numerous items.. including engagement and wedding rings. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else! Thank you for being the best at what you do!

I ordered a silver and gold Jesus Ring 3/3/16 and it is now 5/17/16 and I still have not received my ring. April 27 I sent them an email asking about it and they said give it another 1-2 weeks. Well its been way past that and nothing. Ive sent them email after email after email and no response. I will not do business with them again and I promise I will spread my experience around on social media. Very bad business.

I ordered a Jesus ring and delivery was supposed to be 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I was told to please wait another 4 weeks. After that 4 weeks I was told to please wait until May 17th. It is now May 18th and no ring. I sent another email telling them I would notify the FTC if I didnt get a phone call from supervisor by 5pm. It is now 4:40pm. I will NEVER order from them again.

Been using these folks since they opened in the Indian Rock location more then 16 years ago,I cant say enough of what a great place it is to conduct business with. Its like having a relative in the business these guys will never steer you wrong . Its very comforting to deal honest people.Its a shame such a Fair and Honorable business name is being tarnished,

This is an honest family business!! It is unfortunate that they are being mistaken for a Facebook scam page that is ripping people off-because the name is so similar to theirs. Please IGNORE any bad reviews as the negatives comment are meant for the Facebook page scammers-I too was scammed but NOT by this company, by the Facebook Scammers!

I have been going to this jeweler for a while now and I feel that they are honest and fair and that I can trust them. I was previously going to a jeweler in the city until I found special designs in Suffern. I love that it is a family run business and I have referred a lot of people to them who love them too!

What a rip off company!!! They took my money, yet never sent to me the ring I paid for. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection and Office of The Attorney General. People, file a Fraud Complaint with your bank to get your money back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This company has nothing to do with the Jesus ring scam! Do your research- this is Special Designs Jewelers- a family owned and run business out of Rockland County Ny for over 30 years. the ghost company is Special Design Jewelry based out of China which has a VERY similar name.
