My boyfriend and I went to Diamond Castle this past weekend to look at engagement rings and had a horrible experience working with Nancy. This was our first experience looking for rings and it was completely ruined. It took awhile for someone to approach us to see if we needed help, and as I looked around there were multiple associates that could have easily approached us as they were not helping anyone else. I felt as if no associate wanted to work with us because we looked young and they thought we wouldn’t be spending a lot of money. Once Nancy came over to help us I told her that I have my late grandmother’s diamond that I want to incorporate into an engagement ring, she asked the specs of the diamond and once I told her it was color “I” the first thing she said was “oh so you have a yellow diamond”, she told me multiple times that my diamond was yellow, and that the diamond I had was “more sentiment than a good diamond”. She proceeded to suggest that I use the diamond in a necklace or something else as opposed to a ring, after I specifically told her that I do not want to do that, and that I want to incorporate it into an engagement ring. She was not forthcoming with showing me some ring examples, I had to ask multiple times to see different diamonds/settings, and we felt as if we were a bother to her. Nancy was very rude, condescending, and didn’t appear interested in what I wanted or needed. My career is in sales for a fortune 100 company, and I also have experience secret shopping for large companies, and this was the worst customer service experience I have ever received.

I had a wonderful experience with The Diamond Castle in Manalapan! I did a lot of shopping around for a new engagement ring and found that at this time many jewelers in central Jersey have closed and those that remain open have very little selection. The Diamond Castle has a large showroom with a great selection! The settings that appealed to me were not the typical thing, so I really appreciated that they had a variety of settings to show me. Robin helped me and she was wonderful! I was shopping under difficult circumstances and she made the whole process such a positive experience for me and my family. We really appreciated it! I found the perfect setting, but I needed the setting to be made in a particular, less common type of metal. The Diamond Castle was able to do this! Their jeweler remade the setting for me and it came out gorgeous! I really do LOVE the ring! I will also say that having shopped around in stores and online for similar diamonds and settings, I found that The Diamond Castle’s prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the piece. We highly recommend The Diamond Castle and look forward to returning in the future!

A five star jewelry experience .I should say experiences( plural) as I have been a long time customer and have had the pleasure of going in repeatedly. Robin who helps me ( one of many warm and supportive staff ) has never disappointed. She is on top of every purchase big and small. Our wedding rings were delivered EXACTLY as promised and arrived EARLIER than we expected..Maurice the owner stands behind everything that they sell. My wife had a necklace (bought elsewhere before I knew her ) that didnt fit quite right and it turned on her . Robin Baicher and the team spent over an hour measuring her neck and working through what we thought couldnt be done. I have brought friends in who needed engagement who are totally satisfied and once again the appraisals were even higher than expected.. The store is so beautiful that its more of a "jewelry experience" than just another jewelry purchase. Lastly, I compared the "cruise bargains" which turned out to be more expensive than Diamond Castle of Manalapan . Giving quality stores quality reviews is what should be done on google . Thank you Diamond Castle and Robin . I will visit again when the need arises

My husband and I have been doing business with Diamond Castle for over a decade. Robin has become like family to us. She has helped my husband pick out surprise jewelry for me, which is a hard thing to do, since jewelry is so personal; and has knocked it out of the park EVERY time. She has introduced me to various designers in jewelry and gone out of her way to find specific items for both my husband & I if they didnt have them in stock at the time. When my son got engaged she helped my son design and pick out his engagement ring, and made many what could have been stressful decisions not only easy; but fabulous choices. Every time We have taken her suggestions we have been thrilled. The service is great, repairs are done meticulously and honestly, and the prices are very fair. They take pride in doing business where the customers satisfaction is always a priority.

I went into Diamond Castle on a Saturday to have my watch repaired. It was my first time in there. At first, I was overwhelmed with how large the place was but I asked one of the workers where to go and they told me too go to the back of the store. As soon as I went there, Denise came out of know where and was willing to help me. She was so knowledgeable and very pleasant. While my watch was being fixed, I saw a bracelet that would be perfect for my friends eight year old daughter. Denise showed me all the different kinds they had but I was running out of time. I told her that I would be back to buy a bracelet. Two days later I went back and Denise remembered me. I was so surprised. Again, she was very pleasant. I asked for a box and she made the package look so beautiful. I was so proud to give this gift to my friend, thanks too Denise.

My fiancé and I went to the Diamond Castle for my engagement ring. I had a very specific ring in mind, and Robin helped me build my dream ring. We ended up custom making the ring by combining different elements of rings I liked that I had brought in pictures of, and she was so helpful every step of the way. I felt I was a part of the process by getting to see a wax model of what my ring would look like, but still feel like I got the element of surprise in the end when it all came together. Robin was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient throughout the whole process. I was so thrilled with the customer service, beautiful property, and kind staff that I came back to Castle Couture for my wedding dress. Thank you Diamond Castle and Robin for helping me get the ring I’ve dreamed of since I was a little girl!

I have gone to the Diamond Castle on many occasions having no idea what I wanted to get, but Nancy has helped me find the perfect piece of jewelry every time! Nancy is extremely honest and understanding and will always go out of her way to help you stay within your budget. For those of you who may be intimidated by the stores grand appearance and think that you may not be able to afford the prices on some of the jewelry sold there, I am confident that if you see Nancy, you will find the perfect item at the most reasonable price!
