Ive gone to their store a few times to sell old jewelry, coins and such. Eight times out of ten, they are very arrogant, rude and pushy to make a deal. But understanding that I am dealing with hucksters, that is what I expected so no big deal. However, their TV ads say they give you top dollar for your gold. I took my gold to a jewelry store in Goshen and the salesman offered me $125 for my gold cross. To shop around I went to FK and they offered me $20 for the same piece. They did end up giving me $125 when I called them on their offer, but I was amazed at how everything I brought in was "no good" , until I told them it was good to someone else in the business. My advice...DO NOT go to these people unless you know the worth of what you are selling, otherwise you will get screwed.

Wonderful experience; Highly recommended! While the store was quite busy, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I brought in my unwanted gold to sell it (there was quite a bit of it.) The person told me how much he thought was a fair price and welcomed me to shop around for the best offer and come back to see him if I got a better offer. After going to a few other places I was able to find an offer for a few dollars more, but nothing significant. I returned to FK Jewelers with my best offer and they beat it! In fact, with the extra money, I was able to purchase a crucifix for my Godson and have my watch repaired! -Very Satisfied

Highly recommend! Everyone is friendly and helpful, Evan especially. I got a custom wedding band to match my engagement ring, and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable leaving my ring there, and gave me a great price, sticking with it even after I had further adjustments. My fiance had to exchange his band twice because he couldnt decided on a size, and they were so nice about it, never giving us a hard time. We are both thrilled with the results. Thanks again!

The staff at Central Valley and Newburgh are just rude and obnoxious who act like they are better than others. Aside from offering the lowest prices for items, they are all to quick to add snotty comments. I dont know who is reading this but personally, when I enter a pawn shop I am not happy that I need to be there and surely do not need to hear them suck there teeth and sigh when I am asking questions. Avoid these morons if possible

If your buying something then they work quick to take your cash but if you leave something there to get engraved then dont expect to get it back anytime soon! There also rude when asked why there taking so long in a rude tone they person said he didnt come in. I believe they could of called to say it was going to take an extra day. So to get my ring it took more than 2 days

I go there often for jewelry repairs , watch batteries etc. Evan is always extremely helpful and polite. He also sold me a gorgeous David Yurman bracelet for a great price , I knew the value as I had been pricing it on eBay.

Very arrogant rude people. they will try to screw you out of a dollar to line their pockets. Only go here if you want to get ripped off. the owner of this joint did not get rich by giving you a deal.
