I walked in and never got greeted. Then I waited to be recognized, but they were too busy Talking among themselves. I asked to please see a piece I had seen online, but the lady that was "helping me out" couldnt even care to show me anything around my price range. Totally unprofessional and rude!! She couldnt explain anything to me, NOR try to show me anything at all. My boyfriend and I took our poorly $500 and went to Jared which is right upstairs from them. The workers there were so friendly and pointed me right to what I was looking for. They even apologized for them! Since they told me they were under the same company...how is this possible?!? I will never step foot here ever again. Safe yourselves the trip!

I went to kay jewelry in Jersey Garden Mall in NJ.... I applied for a CC i got approved but but all that i was told that there will be no interest until 18 months and that was the only i applied. the first bill i received from kay the amount on the bill was way higher that what was on the receipt i got from the store and kay start charging me interest. Kay jewelry doesnt keep the word. Now im trying to get a lawyer. STAY AWAY FROM JEWELRY!!!! Please,.
