The people behind the counter ate lying to people. People dont get full or half the price on the items that their trying to pawn. Everyone is getting rip off. U can bring something thats worth $500 and they would tell its not real or its only worth $40. This place thonls everbody that come is a crack head. Dont go to this place.

I dont know how someone could be a precious metals dealer and have no clue how much a gram is Very rude, curt and knows nothing of the value of an item Go to Manhattan. Deal with professional. The staff here has a dollar store and bodega mentality.

Too many ratchet, rude "women" (to put it nicely.) Theres not much of a problem with the guy who works there except that he doesnt believe in haggling and wont bring the price down. Other than that its great!
