This place is ok, but it can be improved. There is little to no sales help. No one avails themselves . You have to try finding an employee with an orange apron. When you finally find someone, they usually say " Thats not my department " and simply walk away. They have more choices than the small mom and pop hardware stores but try getting sales help. I prefer the Home Depot on 23 street in Manhattan because the customer service is better. I wish they carried more products made in the U.S.A. I want to buy quality, not something that will break on me. They have a 90 day return policy and the store is generally clean, even the bathrooms. They open at 6:00 in the morning and close late. The closest bus to go home is just a block away. Tools can be rented as well as a truck. Day laborers are usually hanging outside early, so arranging a crew for a job is a breeze. Home Depot can also help with installations also...

Service was non-existent. Arrived in the store at 8:24 pm and could not find the rep in the drop ceiling department to help. It took 1 hour and 5 minutes of going back and forth to different associates, someone being paged twice (still didnt turn up). An associate from another department helped me. I left the store at 9:33, not getting the items I really needed and feeling quite annoyed. Will try my luck tomorrow at Lowes.

Did not like the service. Full of lazy people. I had to wait 20 min to get assistence from some one. Lady on lighe section was in break and no one was willing to help. Ask assistent manager for help named jain but she tried to call the right person. When the lady came i found she never been in break and ignored to help while other associate was calling her. So bad. However i am not going there anymore. I just ruin my 45 min.

I bought a stove and it included free removal of the old stove and installation. However when the delivery people showed up they refused to move the old stove and install the new one claiming that in the State of New York only licensed plumbers could install the stove. Then they asked for $100 and said they could install it for that and that would be less than what a plumber would charge. What a racket! No stars!

The service is very poor!! Id give them no star at all if that was possible!! I bought blinds from them and went to pick them up, only for them to forget to give me part of my order...had to go back for it and that was an added expense on my part!!! Getting an appointment date for installation is close to impossible!!! Theyve been postponing...its been 3 weeks and the blinds are still not installed!!!

I was buying paint for my house , worst customer service ever in the paint department section. The girl had a huge attitute and on top of that gave me the wrong paint. Home Depo needs to hire more mature people not highschool kids that have no idea what the value of a dollar is. Becuse this cost me money and time.

Home depot service is a lie they said I will get 25 dollars when a get the home depot card and this its the fifth time im buying floor supply and I still dont get 25 dollars rebate for opening a home depot card I called the 800 number and they did not help me with.that.

Rude costumer service , cant get a military discount on plumbing stuff at the quick check out so i ask the lady to get someone who knows the system or manager, yet i was ignored, i had to leave the store, I have a lil PTSD and dont like raising my voice .

Pretty large parking lot. Staff are helpful if you find one available as it can be quite busy. Things can be hard to find, but once you find it you have many choices regarding brands. Prices are affordable and wont break the bank.

Everyone (staff) dos'nt know not a dame thing. Never go here just go to the one in flushing. It's bigger & better plus way more of a helpful staff. Everyone in Jamaica should get fired and sent home. What a shame.
