This Home Depot (HD) location has poorly managed in recent months. Its disgusting. Extremely Incompetent Associates, ESPECIALLY at the Online Order Pick-up Counter Irving and Arti both need to be reevaluated by the store manager, Jason (Store Manager). In fact, Jason needs to be reassessed as well by corporate. Customers dont need to be hearing associates flirt with each other. We customers dont need to hearing excuses; we dont have to be falsely redirected by the associates here--this location is not even fully-stocked. Customers are doing the work for the associates at this location. HD associates at this HD location are ignorant, inconsiderate, rude, and extremely unprofessional; they dont even both making eye contact with you...as if youre in-existent. Shame on Jason. The associates at this location do not respect their customers time. They dont value their customers. This HD location has definitely fallen apart in recent months. The other negative reviews of this location correlate very well. The scene at this store needs to be escalated to Home Depots Corporate Office in Atlanta. Not coming to this location is NOT the solution to this on-going epidemic. Home Depots corporate office needs to send representatives up here to audit this location and get this on-going behavior straightened out once and for all. Employees at the Glendale location do not have the necessary skill and repertoire to work efficiently in a retail environment. Poorly trained and managed, not addressed properly. By the way, where is Jason?! The manager is almost never here for his customers. And why arent workers trained to know more about their department? Why are customers waiting eons for an associate to provide assistance? (ex: waiting 30 minutes "In Person" to get their order order fulfilled from web order that was placed more than 2 days ago--no order pickup confirmation--call ever received) Why are there only 2 cash registers opened at this location, especially on weekends? The lines are incredibly long, self-checkout is half-baked, partially working or not working at all! Hire more people here. Create job growth and opportunity. To the associates--"Enough with your constant excuses and rant, and work), enough with your laziness and conflict of interests" This location doesnt respect its customers time--its inhumane, immoral, unethical, however you want to see it.

#homedepot #letsdothis #robbery So disappointed right now. My dads work van got robbed at the Home Depots parking lot. This is Woodhaven Blvd/Queens #1220 at 75-09 Woodhaven Blvd, Glendale, NY 11385. When I tried resolving this issue with the #HomeDepot security, and some other customer issues department and managers, only to get a nasty "we cannot help you, call 911" response. My dad works in the construction industry as a respected and well known foreman, handling some of the most high-end apartments/houses in Manhattan and tri-state area, where he needs his #robbed work tools. The Home Depot needs to take responsibility for their lack of security, and step-up and handle this properly. My father has been shopping at that particular Home Depot for 15 years and this is the customer service he receives??!!! I want to warn #homedepot about this as well because it looks like a very organized robbery as no harm was done to the car and all accomplished under 30 minutes during the after work hours of 5:30PM - 6:00PM just now. I wanted to ask if they could help in any way. But no... thanks a lot #homedepot The Home Depot - Woodhaven Blvd/Queens #beware

It is important that whenever a store manager approaches a customer who has entered their business seeking assistance and that store manager takes down your name, number, and then proceeds to promise that your problem will not only be solved (since the shipment was wrong in the first place) but also he will see to it that his assistant follow up AND an entirely new order will be placed on the customers behalf with no additional charges given the hardship....that the manager who flew in as Superman a werk ago make good on the promises. At the very least Jason, follow up or make sure Wendy follows up because one bad experience turns into another with failure to give a customer courtesy call and help them the way you claimed you would at the time. This is especially important when the customer merely wanted the missing brackets for her blinds and you promise a new order and nothing transpires at the end of the day. Dont make lofty promises but do follow up out of common courtesy and respect for customers who just want what they paid for, nothing more, nothing less.

This review is for Sandie, not this Home Depot location nor any other employee there. My husband and I stopped by the other day to get supplies for a project neither of us had done before. The first employee we spoke to did point us in the direction of the correct aisle (a great start as compared to previous experiences). But what happened next changed our experience drastically. From over our shoulders we hear a voice, "Are you starting a project or finishing a project?". Sandie had incredible insight, amazing product knowledge, and clear first-hand knowledge on home repair. She did not pressure us to buy products that would not suit us. She even invited us to bring in a pic of the final project because she loves to see how things turn out. Clearly someone who not only knows her stuff, but loves it as well. Home Depot, whatever youre paying Sandie now, pay her more. We would have left the store empty handed but instead bought everything for an entire project.

Would like to share an event that happened today at about 9pm. Asked an associate for help, who had operated a fork lift in the lumber section, to get six bundles of red oak. The red oak were on a rack 6 feet above the ground. When I asked him for help he rudely pointed to a ladder and said help yourself. I clearly stated to him that I was not going to take them down on a ladder alone and if he could help me. He then walked away carelessly. Lucky another associate named Andre saw the event and volunteered to help me. Spoke with one of the managers at The Home Deport about the situation, and it appeared as though they might get complaints a lot because he did not seem surprised. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the name of the rude associate.

The worst customer service among all Home Depots! I came there to buy a drill which I couldnt find on the shelves asked for assistance. Two employees were standing and talking to each other when I asked for help. A guy said check there (dont even look at me), I went to the idle once again just to make sure I havent missed it and I didnt. When I came to them second time had received answer: "You gotta look there" which sounds more like "Fukc off" Finally someone, I bet only one conscious and reliable person in entire building, helped me after Ive spent an hour of my life. I will never ever come to you guys again!!!
