I went to this place recently after going one time before about 2 years prior . I had a exam done and the dr. said the prescription in one eye had changed and also mentioned that the current lenses Ive been wearing for about 25 years are no longer going to be made in about a year from now. When I went to the desk to pay the guy asked me if I wanted to order the lenses through them and I told him I normally order from 800 contacts but if he matched the price I would. He said if I didnt order through him the price for the exam was about $75 more(red flag right there) but I agreed and said lets order a years worth of the lenses. I asked him since I had the same prescription for at least 15 years and no the dr. said my one eye is a new one what happens if they dont feel comfortable and I feel like reverting back. He said there was no refunds or exchanges and I would be stuck with what I bought. He also said there was no trial to get. The dr. overheard us talking and came over and said in this case he would just leave my prescription unchanged and insisted I order them with a prescription that wasnt what he was prescribing. I told him that was obviously ridiculous and beyond inappropriate for a doctor to just change the prescription for this reason. I told them I was extremely uncomfortable with them and have ZERO trust in there qualifications and motives so I left and would never return. Less then 5 minutes later they called me apologizing and said they will now get me the trials and to please come back. I obviously declined and hung up. How in the world can a professional business, one that clients put there safety of there eyes into be so careless and irresponsible? Another red flag was the dr. never washed his hands immediately before or after my exam and they have you rest your chin in a cup type contraption that had no disposable protective cover like other dr. offices use. I would never recommend this business to anyone and will tell everyone I know about this and make sure they never go to this place. Stay as far away as possible from this company if you value your eyesight as much as I do! *Update- Your very canned response just shows the horrible business you are and the complete lack of care you have for patients. I stated facts- THE DOCTOR DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS PRIOR TO MY EXAM, YOUR MACHINE THAT REQUIRES A PATIENT TO PLACE THERE CHIN IN DID NOT HAVE A DISPOSABLE COVER & HE CHANGED MY PRESCRITION BECAUSE YOU COULDNT GET ANY TRIALS. You are the one who I spoke with at the front desk! People should also look at the other review boards online like yelp to see all the terrible experiences from other customers. I will also be contacting the BBB.

I took my mother there to get a new pair of eyeglasses. She had an eye exam done and found that she needed a stronger prescription than the one she already had. They filled the prescription for her and she picked out a nice pair of Versace frames as well - everything was done in-house and there was no work needed on our part to get any of it done, thats the kind of service Im looking for. If you need to get contacts or glasses, Eye Supply has a great in-house service - ask for Mark, hell take care of you.

been going to eye supply for many years and found that it is quick and easy with no hassles....the staff are truly friendly and professional. i feel they make sure u are happy with your purchase......I often durning the year have to go back for adjustments with my glasses either because I need screw tightening, lens pop-outs, or repairs and they ALWAYS accommodate me....baysides best.........give it a go!

The staff and service at Eye Supply are friendly, helpful, and professional. I had broken my eye glasses, and they helped me find a new pair and were able to get them to me really fast. I will definitely be going back to them!
