While it may have been years since I went here and I only went to them a handful of times, I have to say that the optometrist at Visual Aspects Dr. David Smith had to be the nicest, most charming optometrist Ive ever met. The staff that work there seem alright and dont have too much of an attitude. I dont recall them being rude or disrespectful ever so I never had a bad experience with them. If you live in the Five Towns or Inwood like I used to youll absolutely find it convenient to have your eye exams here. It beats driving all the way to Lynbrook like I used to do for my eye exams when I was living in Inwood.

The optometrist was wonderful! Very caring and informative. He explained everything and addressed our concerns for our three year old. It is very obvious he genuinely cares and is not trying to make a buck. He even checked glasses that we purchased from another location. I came here as a kid and so will my children.

Excellent service! Called me back to the store when they found my insurance covered more choices on frames. Two styles were waiting for me that were just what I wanted. So thoughtful. Glasses were ready in a matter of days. Great job!
