I was walking through the town of Great Neck and my glasses fell and broke. I noticed Spectacles right in the middle of town and walked in, they were very knowledgable and very friendly. After the Dr. helped me himself we started speaking and I ended up setting up an appointment for an eye exam. He spent a long time with me making sure that I was properly fitted and diagnosed. I already made my follow up appointment for 6 months from now. I live in Suffolk county and will make the drive to see him because he just showed how much he cared. I definitely recommend him.

I opened a business in the area in 2016 and I met Dr. Meltzer at that time. He proved knowledgeable and caring, and helped me find that Ive been consistently given the wrong glasses/contact lens prescription since I was 13. My vision is now perfect and my eyes dont hurt anymore thanks to him. I live in Suffolk county and I tell all of my friends and family that its worth the drive to work with someone so reliable and caring. Be sure to call or stop by!

Spectacles is truly the best in the business. Dr. Meltzer cares deeply about his patients and the staff at Spectacles are kind, helpful, and very knowledgable. Spectacles carries a wide variety of frames and offers a gorgeous selection of both optical and sunglasses. A one stop shop for all of your optical needs!

Dr. Meltzer is a great guy! He is professional and friendly. I have got few frames from this store and recently a chrome hearts frame. The first frame had some technical issues. He took it back and ordered a new frame for me. Customer service is excellent. I recommend this store without any hesitation.

They didnt notice my astigmatism when prescribing me for new glasses, so my glasses were incorrect.
