ordered a pair of sunglasses for my son for Christmas giving 2 weeks ahead of the magical date and they never arrived for the Eve, let alone for the actual day, when I inquired about it, they said they would look into it, they never did, I continued to call them, each time speaking to a different inconsiderate moron, and I had to tell the story from the beginning over and over again. The glasses never arrived in time and not even 2 days after Chridtmas, so i had to do my own detective work and found out they were sent to the wrong address, I HAD TO GO MYSELF TO THE ADDRESS WHICH BY THE WAY WASNT ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THE ADDRESS THE WAS ON THE BOZ, ONLY TO ARRIVE THERE AND THEY OPENED UP MY SONS CHRISTMAS GIF BOW, WHEN I CALLED AFTERWARDS TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WITH A TITLE THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME. ITS NOW 3 WEEKS LATER, AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE
