I just came from Greenwich Optics where Lee found a new frame for my lenses and replaced them for me in minutes, while I stood out on the sidewalk in the sunshine with Michael while he waited and then handed a pair of glasses into the window of a customers car so she didnt have to park and come in! This is business the way I imagine it back in the fifties when people connected on a personal level and enjoyed providing service. I cant WAIT until I need an eye exam so i can do here! (ok, well, maybe I can wait, but when its time youll find me at Greenwich Optics). Thanks guys!

Honestly the best customer service and guys you could ever ask for. They remember who you are and help you, no questions. After a season of eye allergies they helped me all along the way then continue to help me with my contacts when Im in Phoenix and now Seattle. When I need my next eye exam or glasses I may fly back to Greenwich just to give them my business.

Incredible & intelligent customer service. After my frames snapped in half, Michael obtained a replacement frame (now outdated) from CA, had overnighted to store in CT, popped my current lenses in, overnighted finished frames. I had the perfect replacement in my hands in NYC in 2 days.
