The worst experience ever. They treat the customers like money bags. If you didnt decide at the moment to get any glasses to decide later, they would treat you realllly bad. I had to do my examination here and figured maybe i would buy me a new pair but couldnt decide, so this old lady refused to give me the prescription obviously because Im not buying anything, this was my first time doing glasses so I thought it was okay not to give me prescription. But I asked,turned out she billed me for it so when i got back the next day to get my prescription she denied that i asked her for it and didnt even talk to me at all, not even responding to a Thank you before i left. Horrible experience

The customer service was okay. I have a supplemental insurance (Medicaids UnitedHealthCare Community Plan), so I knew I wasnt going to get the greatest service. Out of the 5 cases of glasses I had a right to chose from, the sales clerk only showed (and allowed) me to look at 3. I asked to look at the rest, but was denied.
