East Meadow Location - Cheeper Peapers wont honor insurance or union plans as advertised. They inflate the price when they find out you have insurance or union vouchers. Manager was nasty to a repeat customer. Hicksville Location - Also will not honor insurance/union benefits as advertised. Why bother being in the plan?

They overcharged me $125. They only reason I received my money back was because I realized the error a week later. They would have never realized or refunded my money if I had not noticed. And they would not give me a discount or anything to show that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Watch what they charge you.

Seemingly contrary to the other 2 reviewers, I had a great experience at the East Meadow branch. Punctual, experienced, good selection of frames, cheerful enough, do what they say. Now taking my kids there for Sunday pediatric doctor. They took our Davis Vision fine. Very happy with my glasses.

This place is a SCAM! They will do anything to keep you from use any of your warranties and if your a repeat customer you will be treated like your wasting there time. Its even worse if you have benefits. Just avoid this headache. If you dont believe me, well its your money and time.

The Place is horrible. I dont understand how they are in business. They are extremely disorganized. The staff is rude and has an attitude. They dont have any idea of whats happening and they are very slow. They dont deserve to be in business and must shut down.

The nastiest lady answered the phone !! And then tried to lock the doors on me and my husband as we tried to walk in to get his prescription. Dont go there !!!! Horrible service !

Manager was very nasty and tried to sell me contacts for $90 that I already knew were $70 and when confronted had a very nasty attitude! This place is a SCAM!
