I had been shopping for two weeks to find a CPO vehicle. Id been to three Cadillac dealership and one Lincoln dealership. I was getting sick and tired of the same old story and sales people who were not willing to negotiate at all. I couldnt understand why they did not want my business because I was a serious buyer and was ready to purchase a vehicle that day. I decided to give it one more shot, so I researched the inventory at Lincoln of Wayne. I found a Pre Owned 2014 Lincoln MKS that I needed to check out. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a beautiful and classy concierge. She was a perfect fit because thats exactly what a Lincoln resembles, Beauty and class! She set me up with a salesman named Curtis. Curtis, unlike the salesmen I dealt with prior, was a genuinely nice guy and was willing to work to make a deal. We went back and forth on negotiations for a bit but I was extremely happy that the dealership was showing they were reasonably flexible on the sticker price. The sales manager came out to assist. Usually a sales manager is the most egotistical person at the dealership,but this time it was a breath of fresh air. He showed willingness to work to make a deal. Within five minutes of talking, we were able to come to an agreement and made the deal. My other encounters with the four dealers put me in a bad mood. This time, I was excited and thoroughly enjoyed the car buying experience. If you want to be treated fairly and have an outstanding car buying experience, I would highly recommend Lincoln of Wayne!

I was shopping for a Lincoln and emailed and called my local dealerships asking about the special promotions Lincoln was currently offering. Most dealerships played dumb and asked "where did you see the promotion?" (when its was clearly on Lincolns website). Others give you the run-around with come in and we can discuss, blah, blah, blah. Lincoln of Wayne was the only dealership willing to give me the information I needed to make a decision. I dealt with Nicole, she always got back to me in a timely matter unlike others dealers emailing me days later asking the same questions over and over. My car advisor was Carlos, hes awesome, he stayed late pass normal business hours to help me with my purchase. He called me several times to make sure I was satisfied. Carlos is knowledgeable and professional. I usually dread buying a new car because of the process and pressure but dealing with Wayne was a breeze. I can not recommend them enough! Call Wayne and ask for Nicole. A real pleasure and all around outstanding experience! I will be buying from them again when my lease is up.

Straight forward honest dealer that you can trust. You dont have to worry about price games or the quality of their used cars, Lincoln of Wayne is the best Lincoln Motor Company dealer in the Tri-State area. Everyone at the dealer is friendly and accommodating. I dealt with Wilton who handled the transaction without a hitch. Traded in my car that had a payoff and he made sure it was done in a timely manner. Every time I am back at the dealer he recognizes me and says hello. The 2011 MKZ AWD car I bought had a taillight and PTU problem within the first 5k miles. The service center did repairs quickly and a loaner was given for the day for the PTU issue. The Spinas really believe in the direction Lincoln is going and are doing a great job promoting a company in transition. The new MKZ, MKC, and Navigator are great vehicles and with the new MKX, MKS, and Continental on the way Lincoln has a car for everybody.

Auto body deptment is the worst!!!! Shouldnt be a part of Wayne lincoln motors, as the service deptment is GREAT. Over a month to fix small amount of front end damage on 05 lincoln ls. couldnt even (or did care) to line up new hood properly. Put nice size ding in door, ( was there over a mouth being moved around or stuck in corner somewhere) Best of all, someone was in glove box. I got in and glove box stuff on seat-When I put back in glove box saw 8" ripe in seat and a yellow body filler applicator on seat next to ripe. I showed Joe the manager the applicator and with an additude said they, (his guys did not do) applicator in hand. After handful of times insisting to fix Joe said( with that additude) he would take care of.Well good luck with that! After over a mouth of run around the repairs were never fixed to this day- I QUITE ! Please do yourself a favor and DON"T USE THERE BODY SHOP

Every time I walk into Lincoln of Wayne, I feel like I am visiting family. Whether I am there to see the Spina Family, John Chirico, Cindy in Service, or see any of their wonderful employees - I am always greeted by name and with a smile and of course some jokes. I might be one of the only people who actually enjoys spending time at the car dealership. They have a first-class team of employees, whether its at the front desk, sales, service and management. Every single person is there to make sure you have the absolute best experience. They believe strongly in maintaining a long-term relationship with their customers and not like other dealerships where they only want your initial sale and then they forget about you. Purchasing the 2014 MKZ AWD was the first great car decision I ever made... purchasing it at Lincoln of Wayne was simply a great decision.

I didnt actually set foot in the dealership. However, I did make quite a few inquiries by phone and email concerning a quote on a 2016 MKX they had on their lot. I had the opportunity to speak with Nicole of client relations both personally, and through email communication. She was very happy to give me a quote on a vehicle I was looking to possibly lease. Since I was also working with another dealer who was more local, I ultimately chose to order through them and wait for a vehicle to be manufactured. I was very pleased to find that even though I turned down Lincoln of Waynes offer, Nicole was still kind enough to give me tips on coming to cost terms with my local dealer. I thought that was exceptionally kind of her to do and worthy of me taking the time to write this positive review.

Excellent as usual. I have been a customer there for over 15 years and have never been disappointed with the service or sales team. We have built up a friendship because they treat you as family. I did not know all they do until I went to another Lincoln dealer closer to my job. It was the worst experience at a dealership. I am over 70 and when they completed the service on my vehicle, they never brought the car to the door. They told me my car was in the parking lot out back and I had to find it by myself. I will never return there again. I travel one and a half hours to get to Lincoln Wayne and they always have a loaner car for me and they greet you kindly as you walk in the door.
