our purchase of a used Acura MDX 2010 from Blue diamond auto in Astoria, NY was a pleasant experience. Our sales guy alex and the sales manager Tamer were easy to work with and i felt like they were honest. my husband ans i were treated with respect at all times. We also traded in our old toyota corolla that barely stayed on. they made sure to maximize on our trade and gave us the best deal. The process didnt take an exorbitant amount of time either. i would highly recommend anyone in the market for a used car to go there.

Worst car dealer ive been to... They made me put money on a car they did not have ..... the sales guy wanted his comission cash.... Absolutely no service....... never answer phones...... Did not want to refund my money telling me they dint have money on hand.....
