I traded my truck for a used SUV from them with salesman Victor. It had so many problems they said they would have to find me another one after going back and forth for like a month they went to auction and got my truck back. Told me I had to take it. It had parts stolen and broken. I called the cops to get the keys back for the SUV that I had the bill of sale for and the cop who was their friend said he wouldnt help. The DMV in Albany said they had to but they refused. I had also found out that the sold the SUV to me illegally. They never had the title. Albany DMV said that was illegal and asked me to send the report in. Im waiting to here back. Worst of all how the men who worked there surrounded me in a very bullying loud manner that was intimidating to say the least. I ended up calling a friend of mine to come down who was a guy because I didnt feel comfortable there anymore. I honestly cannot tell you how about of experience this was and how they treated me was like I was a criminal while they were doing everything wrong. My friend talked to them and told me to take the truck back and they were supposed to pay for paint and for the parts that were missing. They fix the broken tailgate but wouldnt touch anything else. It still isnt right the alignment is completely messed up, it sounds like s*** and keeps having trouble starting out of nowhere now. When I give it to them it was in really good shape. When I came to bring the receipt for the parts, on the day he told me to come meet him, he wasnt there. They told me that thats his day off. I told the only person who would speak with me that I was told to come in to pick up the extra keys that they had that were mine and to drop off the receipts. So can I talk to a manager and they told me no. I still have the receipt and now have to go through Albany to get my money back apparently even though I have a signed form saying that they would have paid for it. Ive left the guy several messages with no return phone call and when I could meet him again so it is obvious that Im being avoided. All I can say is avoid this place like the plague never once been treated like this at any kind of establishment that Ive ever been in. I dont know how they keep their doors open treating people the way they do judging by the rest of the people who left reviews. Now on Im sticking to Middletown Honda and nowhere else they always treated me with a hundred percent respect. And their customer service area is phenomenal 100% recommend them.

I walked into Healey Mitsubishi 8/13/16 never thinking I would be leaving in a BRAND NEW SUV!! When I walked in Jon V. was the first person to say hello to me =) and Im glad he did! I told him what I was looking to see and he asked a lot of good questions. We went through a couple of different vehicles and I started by saying Im not looking to buy a Mitsubishi, I only buy American. Its just how I was raised. And my Dad would probably disown me if I bought anything other than American. So we went and looked a few vehicles he had on the lot. Jon was very open and honest with me. We spoke about what I was using the vehicle for, what I was accustom to. I also told him I didnt have any money to put down, I wasnt sure if I could get it on my own. So we picked a vehicle and we waited for finance to come back with the numbers. Jon was not pushy or just looking for a quick sale. I felt very comfortable and not like I was being pressured in any way. Jon has a way of making you feel at ease and that you are in the best of hands. Once everything came back, I was able to get the SUV on my own, no cosigner =) and this is my FIRST BRAND NEW vehicle EVER!! I really couldnt have asked for a better experience or out come. Well maybe if Jon wants to make my payments for me lol All kidding aside. Jon V. is an excellent associate I dont even want to put him in the category of "Sales Person" because he wasnt all about the sale. He was about making sure I was happy with my choice. Which yes ended up being 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport =) Which I am very happy with!! (Oh and my dad didnt disown me) Thank you Jon V. for a great experience and I look forward to sending you some of my friends =)

Parts & Service: Long story short, a poor parts and service department experience. Given I didnt have the time to investigate a metallic rattle coming from my engine bay, I brought my Mitsubishi to be diagnosed at the service department. Upon my first visit, I was told the rattle was being produced by a loose muffler heat shield and was told it had been removed and the car driven to ensure the rattle was gone, free of charge. It was not. Leaving the dealer, I immediately heard the sound again and as such, scheduled another appointment for later in the week to have my heat shield reattached and car looked at again. On my second visit, the original muffler heat shield was returned and car reassessed. Now I was being told that the sound was traced to be coming from inside the transmission by two of their "expert technicians." Having obviously forgone a transmission replacement, I left. After now getting a chance to look under the car myself, the source of my metallic rattle was found to be a loose exhaust heat shield bolt. Having replaced the bolt, my rattle has stopped. Although the staff is courteous and I can find no complaints with the representatives themselves, the service department seems to fail at its sole job of diagnosing and repairing vehicles. For typical maintenance and repairs, Id say this service department would be great, getting you exactly the fluids and parts needed. However, I would get a second opinion on ANY major or semi-major work.

I went in to Healey Mitsubishi thinking I wouldnt come out with a car. Worked with Bridgette K. Who spent HOURS trying to get me into a vehicle. What could have been easy for any other sales person and or customer wasnt for her she was blessed to have me and I must have been the pickiest of them all and she accepted the challenge. Although I was super duper particular about what I wanted and not much inventory that fit in my budget she went above and beyond and located a vehicle for me at another Healey Brother location which I absolutely loved after test driving it ! The vehicle worked and the numbers matched up it was mine by the end of he night ! #HappiestCustomerEver Her experience, confidence and patience got me into my new love and I couldnt be any happier ! I couldnt thank her enough we bonded over those several hours she definitely built a rapport with myself and my family and I appreciated that all while staying calm and getting the job done. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ! I recommend for everyone to stop by and say hello go see what they have available for you !
