I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealership on Rt. 37 in Toms River. I found out by coincidence that there was a recall on the flame arrestor on my jet ski and explained to this dealership that I did not have any way of transporting it to them. This is a SERIOUS RECALL to prevent FIRE! I also explained that I called the manufacturer who was willing to pay for the total repair, their time, any fees, surcharges, ramp fees, towing fees etc. I was told by this dealership that I needed a log number and the persons name who issued it. Initially they said they would help once they verified that the manufacturer was paying for it. I gave them everything they asked for yet they never called me back and after having the manufacturer call them a second time I found that they refused to come and get the ski, they refused to fix it on the lift at my dock, they refused to send someone here to get it. I was also told that part of the problem is that the Manufacturer has yet to pay them...., really not my problem and how unprofessional!. Dealing with them has been like pulling teeth, I do not feel there is any effort on their part, I kept asking for the manager yet no one seemed to want me to speak with him, they went back on their word and never bothered to call me back. The recall is NO FAULT of mine; I am just trying to NOT CATCH ON FIRE while driving my jet ski. Seems like no one at Toms River, Rt 37 could care less. I would not recommend them, nor will I ever buy a watercraft from them. Terrible service, not accountable for their own errors, and they dont care if you GO UP IN FLAMES. Perhaps if they let me speak to the manager, it would help, but he never called me back either!!!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience was above non other. They accepted my request to do an oil change on the same day telling me I would need to hang out for about 1.5 hours. When I arrived I asked if they could take a look at a few others things. When I returned they told me they were not able to take care of of the little things I asked for, no problem since I came to them last minute. I was on my off the property when they caught up with me saying the made a mistake and also did not do the oil change. They were very apologetic and changed the oil in less than 20 min and took care of the few little things I asked for. They must of stopped all other scheduled work and had everyone working on my jet ski. Honest mistake but they went above and beyond to make things right including a discount on the labor. I drive 1.5 hours to get my jet ski serviced by these guys for there great service department and knowledgeable staff. Ill drive 6 hours if I had to after this.

i would give them a zero stars but 1 star is the lowest they have. Buyer be ware here i put down a deposit on a used honda grom and when i went to the shop and paid for the bike in full cash they gave me the title for a yellow bike when the bike is red. Nick the finance guy is trying to tell me that it was no big deal that i should tell the dmv to change the color and i would have a new correct title in a week or two at the most. All i can say is Im glad that i went to pick up the bike for my son he might just have brought there story and would be stuck with a incorrect title for bike. What a waste of time dealing with these shysters i wasted 3 hours time 120 mile on the road and 19 bucks in tolls because of there unscrupulous ways.

This place is excellence. dont bother wasting time shopping around and getting different prices like I did. Just go and ask for jimmy. He was extremely knowledgeable of my new bike and a pleasure to work with. I was in contact with him a few days before my vist and by the time I got there he had a few different options and prices ready for me. I was in and out with a new bike in no time. Prices were great, staff was great. It was a pleasure doing business, wouldnt even try going anywhere else. Hands down a 5 star experience without a doubt.

Everyone ask for Jimmy. Great job listening to what I wanted, not "telling" me what I needed. Turn around time for dlvry on my new boat was great and they worked around my schedule. They dlvrd the boat to my marina (over and hour away) and Pete did a terrific job going over the entire boat with me. This is my first boat, and after sitting with Pete, I felt like ive been boating for years!!

Just purchased, my first bike. A 2009 v star 950. They were very friendly, knowledgeable on the features the bike had . Have great prices , and went out of their way to make the purchase very easy. Theyre accessories are endless and well prices especially with their promotions and discounts. Will Def go back for all my bike needs!
