I used there ebay store to order some parts.... They got it wrong, wouldnt return my calls, emails (or they would respond to the ones they wanted to) or refund my money. I had to do my own research to find out what gas cap i needed (what they should have done before they posted it on ebay) And send them pictures of what i had and what they had sent me cause they didnt know that eather. They told me to send it back to them and they would refund my money and shipping expenses. They received the part back on sept.8th (tues) and they told be he was going to school at polaris and when he got back on thursday he would refund my money. I took it as sept. 10th was the closest thursday, i was wrong, it is now oct. 1st and now i had no choice but to get ebay involved. People like this is what gives ebay a bad name and they treat there customers like they are not needed. One Thursday i will get my money back... Hopefully in October sometime..... But 3 weeks of waiting probly not

I took my quad in for service for a fuel leak and also a coolant leak. I was told by tony santiago the service manager his mechanics could not find any leaks. However it had a bad cooling fan bearing. It was under warranty so I had them do it. I was told it would be about three days. Three weekends and six non- returned calls later, I finely got the call to pick it up. When tony asked for money I simply ask if there was anything he could do about the price. He immediately became over the top defensive and threading. I was shocked. How could a businesses let such a person represent there company. I paid and I was threaten to leave his shop. He could have been polite I would still be a loyal costumer. Costumer service is important in the days of the social media. I just wanted an explanation or an apology not a fight.

They deserve 5 stars for having such patience with my husband and I. Our first visit was to window shop and "get numbers"..successful. Our second visit was to do business..successful, however with a twist. Not only did we change our minds once, we changed it twice. Alex didnt flinch!! We left 2 Can-Am purchases later for Christmas in August. Would gladly recommend them to friends, and would be more than happy to return for any other purchases that may lie ahead in our future. Thank you Alex for your patience and your willingness to please. Thank you "Janitor/Mechanic" for your time and conversation and your preparation of our toys. Thank you service guys for answering my accessory questions and for our "shopping books". Top notch.

The people at Ocean County Powersports are the best. If you have any questions you can ask anyone and they are willing to help. When I walked in they acknowledged I was there. You can just walk around and look without being pressured into purchasing. Took my bike in for service and they were very quick to get it done. Have never had any problems and would recommend Ocean County Powersports to anyone interested.

Customer service subpar. Phone calls are not answered and messages are never returned. I finally stopped in and noone even bothered to talk to me. After playing hide and seek with employees I finally got some one to talk to me about prices and financing. After being told the bike was going to be almost 4k over MSRP I left. I purchased a bike from another local shop that was friendly and offered a discount.

Im local to this place, and ride about 15K/yr. Ive done business here before, but wont again. The attitude expressed by the service dept. clearly demonstrates an attitude in which "they are doing you a favor" by taking your business/money. Bad attitude. I will recommend to all I know to NOT do business here. I will travel far out of my way when I buy my next bike to avoid this particular dealership

Took my quad here a while back for service. They replaced my air filter with the wrong size and overfilled the oil to the point where it was flowing out of the dip stick tube. Service is horrible. Have had the quad back there 2 times and they still cannot fix the problem I initially took it in for. They are all about sales and care nothing about service.

I wish I could give less than one star. I went in the store and it was like a ghost town, nobody came to help me. I decided to call and ask for for a price on three bikes in August, and Im still waiting. I have since purchased a bike so I dont need the quote anymore.

I called three times they never picked up. So I guessed they were busy couldnt get to the phone. On the last phone call I left my info and what I wanted done and to get an idea what the price would be. I gave them days to get back to me and I never got a call back.
