They are the worst. This is my second time going into this store and having to call customer service on how unprofessional, rude and disrespectful they are. I had a scheduled appointment that they did not honor and after making me wait 30 min, The "Manager" ARMANDO was rude and figured he would try to prove a point, because he was annoyed by my inquiry on why they do not honor appointments made online, by deciding not to help me and have me wait for another rep even after I sat and watched him help 3 other people. Did I mention that he wasnt doing anything when he had me continuously wait for someone else. My opinion, they need to get a new professional team in that store. Overall, all I wanted to do is pick up a phone I ordered and paid for online. It took all of 5 min to take care of me when I was seen. Again this store is terrible!!! Me giving them at least one star on this review is still too much.

This morning I came to the store 10 mintues to 10am. We ended up having to wait 25+ minutes for an associate to come and open the store. The store was closed and when an associate came, he didnt give us an explanation as to why there wasnt anyone in the store 20 minutes past opening time. 3 other people waited outside in the rain with us, and 2 ended up leaving in complete annoyance and rage before any associate came. The whole situation was stressful and annoying to myself and the customers we waited with. I wouldve liked an explanation for their tardiness and possibly a reimbursement of some sort. Very disappointed

Ive had couple bad experiences with this store. Have come here twice to take out couple leases. They were understaffed both times and I had to wait for one rep to attend me , even though I saw more than 4 employees. The same rep helped me both times. Took almost an hour because he kept helping someone else. Overall I avoid this store due to unwelcoming staff, lack of customer service, long waiting time.

They add insurance charges to phones without informing you and charge restocking fees and wont waive the fee for any reason even if item purchased the same day. Called Sprint directly and they took care of it for me. Dont buy anything from this store without questioning every charge! I wont be back and neither should you.

This is the worst location of what is already a terrible company. If the associates arent blatantly lying about services they are just too damn lazy to help with any support. The fat Asian chick at the support desk is a particular likeness of her company...unhelpful and completely apathetic. Cant shake my head enough.

Great service, very helpful, the store manager Jose was helpful and knowledge if you want a great experience and the correct information go to this store, the store is very new, clean and helpful. I couldnt find the store at first but its the same plaza as Khols across from Target. Best store in central jersey!!!

Great store everyone very knowledgeable about the products everyone is helpful its a fun environment everyone is super happy and i would tell all my friends and family to go also the technical department was amazing they fix my problem in 2 minutes A+ to this store

Tried to return my leased phones twice. The first time, the manager gave me an attitude because there was an issue with another carrier. The second time, they were understaffed and waited 30 minutes for 2 minute return.

No help when it comes to phone service/support. Assistant Manager says, "All we do is buy/sell phones." Its worth the drive to go to an alternative store for better customer service and assistance.
