Great Customer service!! My phone was not working correctly. When I walked into the store I was greeted by a young man named Devon. Not only did he help me understand the problem I was having. He also showed me the new model of my phone. I didnt realize I was due for an updated phone. I love my new phone. I am also in retail sales and give feedback where it is due. Keep up the good work !

Seems they hire students to run store who have no interest in their position. Perhaps I didnt expect to experience such severe unprofessionalism while trying to get my phone fixed. Ended up having to go to North Brunswick because the only advice they could give was "Did you try restarting it?". Makes me want to leave AT&T all together, if this is what my bill payments are supplying!

Misled me into adding two lines to my account when i only wanted two prepay numbers for a month for guests I had visiting form another country. The rep lied to me saying it would be cheaper if i added two lines to my account and removed them a month later. Ended up paying way more. Dont ever trust them!!

I went to this store to change a SIM card. Its supposed to be free, but the guy working there charged me $10. Furthermore, he claimed I could only pay with cash, no credit cards are accepted for SIM cards. He also did not give me a receipt.
