Costco TIRES SCSMMING MEMBERS. THEY WILL NEVER HAVE THE TIRE . IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM PLS SHARE. MYy mother 75 was scammed by Costco 2 times in 1yr! They forced her to buy 2 fullbaers of tires. Yezterday devided to bring her car in and this what witnessed. Beware of this 1. If you arrive Costco will force you to replace all tires the same 2. They will tell you that Michelin requires new tires go on the front. MICHELIN recommends but states it up to the consumer3. Costco willrefuse to service you if you do not buy matching tires Ok you arrive because you have a nail and Costco says you need to replace the front two tires Rhis is on my utube video.a. They dont have the tire in stock!LIKE they rold my mom when you tire arrive theyll put it on the front NOPE on the back because the new tires have to be on the front.Mike and Bobby bashed a member said he doesnt care what the hourly workers say because they are salary and they are the big cheifs. I saw this woman kindly asked them not place tires ordered. They were nasty.Mike called her a racial B! I didnt say any thing but I told her if she needs my recording. I recorded the whole thing.My dad is an atty. Nothing was posted everything she asked was bogus. Bogus she only asked to replace. They tell clients after they pay and tell them they are private they can do what they want. WELL BBB says different Last the hour is always 2 hr wait. They are understaffed The warranty isnt a warranty theycharge when u return the warranty is never enforced. Ive places the video on utube

I know Costco thinks they will sell more if they dont mark the aisles and make you hunt for products, but for me it is highly annoying. The selection in meats and produce is generally good, but I have had several incidences of spoiled meat even though it was within the sell by date. The variety in canned goods does not meet my expectation and I think Sams Warehouse does a better job of this. They do seem to have a nice selection of prepared/fresh meals and salads, but I have not tried any since they are too big for a family of 2. I have purchased many of their very casual and athletic pieces of clothing (sweatshirts, exercise leggings and tops) and have been very pleased with the quality for the price. I do appreciate that the staff is always friendly.

After shopping for 30 minutes and finding a few items, I waited in line and found out that the credit card I used on my last visit (amex) is no longer accepted! Since when and why?? I dont have a visa, which is the ONLY card they accept. I didnt grab any cash knowing that I had my card. So I had to just leave my items and didnt even get an explanation or apology! I am really turned off now, they are not ay all convenient. Unfortunate because I usually dont shop there much, I prefer BJS, but we buy the membership for our dogs food. Dont want to renew it next month!

Dont give me wrong I love this Costco over many others I have been. My dislike was when I get to the check out. The person helping the cashier lady stated to make comments about how much food I was buying. To the point that the cashier lady asked me how many was in my family household!!! Excuse me but theyre crossing the line ( I smile and let her know that I was buying good for my grandma who is in a wheelchair) . As far as I concern their job its to be helpful not to make others feel like if they were doing something wrong by expending money there.

There are people who follow rules , others who like to make other people as miserable as they are , in this location theres one person with such attributes, her name is ... no , Im not going to let her make me be like her , blonde cashier , about 55 years old , very bitter and asks for ID to verify memberships, lol ...

I have been shopping at costco for. Over 20 years. The first one was I off of rt3 in Clifton nj. I am so glad they open up this location. This store is very convenient and the staff is always friendly and helpful. And of course the quality is on point its Costco! I think this is one of the best locations in North jersey.

This Costco location is the best in the area. Spacious parking, gas station, all services, and very friendly and competent staff. Ive been going here since it opened, and Ive never had an issue that they couldnt resolve. It can be very crowded on weekends, but unlike many places, they always have sufficient staff.

Who doesnt love Costco? Lots of great products at great prices. And loads of free food samples, especially on weekends. A great bonus is the discount liquor store right on the premises. A slight negative is that the parking lot normally feels crowded; try to come at off hours like before noon.

This is the best Costco in this region. I absolutely like that they take the time to know their customers. Customer service is always excellent and it is refreshing to see that their is still employees that make customer satisfaction their priority. Georgia and Nush are simply awesome ;)

After much searching and price comparison, I decided to purchase my tv from Costco. Very pleased with the price and additional warranty. Was able to handle the 43 inch tv on my own and place it in my car. Not even heavy, but Im sure any Costco worker would have helped had I asked.

Honestly if I could give this Costco a 0 I would. They throw your stuff at checkout and when you try to ask them to stop, the cashier ignores you and continues to throw your items. Never again will I return to this Costco. The employees are rude and careless.

Five stars all the way. Excellent products, selection and staff. Doesnt feel like shopping, feels more like an outing! If you havent experienced Costco you are missing something in your life. (Plus gas is on average $.15 cheaper per gallon than anyone else)

This costco has a big gas station that typically costs about 10 cents less per gallon than from other area gas station. It also have a nice liquor stores that has very good collection of alcohol. Plenty of parking and nice accessible from Route 22.

Love Costco! The staff at this warehouse is always friendly and willing to help. They recognize my family and always talk with my twins. Nush and Sharod are excellent examples of how great their employees are! Heidi in the pharmacy is awesome too!

Calling the number, pressing 1 to admin staff, they are short of knowledge on my issue and asks me to wait while she transfers to membership dept. but phone hangs up after 3 rings. Happens multiple times! Wont bother going anymore.

I love costco even if im just walking around in it.Its better to get there when they first open and avoid the crowds.You dont need a membership card for the liquor store and the gas station is debit/credit only no cash.
