This is regarding a cycle that i purchased at kmart parsippany. I went to return the item within a week of having received the item . I could not return the cycle despite 2 visits to the store in the same day. I showed them the online order from my phone and also the barcode and the barcode number. The associate & also the shift manager would not help me, nor were they willing to help. They told me that if i do not have the receipt they cannot return. Unfortunately i did not receive a printed receipt since it was an online order. So, i am stuck with a cycle that i cannot ride due to height issues and it would not allow me to increase the height too. Beware of any purchases in KMart Parsippany. A very upset customer that will never return to this store.

This store is about 2 hours from home but I had some shop your way points that were expiring the day I was up here and decided to stop in and see if I could find something to buy that would do that for me. With so many of the other K marts closing I was glad to see they were open and quite busy so Im guessing they will be able to hold on for some time. The store was clean and well stocked, the parking lot was not one of those tiny little lots that had a lot of islands in it to make it confusing for you to get back out on the highway and all the sales staff I encountered were helpful.

No staff in the aisles at all for help. I only saw 4-5 cashiers. Prices on the Hardware section is totally ridiculous thry had blue tape on clearance for $11....wtf? Regular price at Home Depot is usually $5.99. A few other items were like that. Their stock was really thin in the asiles....you can tell this place is not busy at all and getting ready to close down in a year or so.

The customer service is the worst in this location. We walked up to customer service and both the rep and manager were unfriendly,unprofessional, and frankly not enthused to be there. We will never go to the customer service counter again or recommend any one to go there.We could see why kmart is going down the drain.

Walmart may have lower prices on more things but there are some prices on things at Kmart that are lower if youre willing to spend the time to look (like the blue light specials.) I also find that the store itself is cleaner so it feels that maybe the products offered are a bit more upscale.

Loooooong checkout. Understaffed registers at peak hours. Cashiers facial expressions seem to make it feel like theyd be happy somewhere else. However, still calm and courteous. Good amount of coupons for future purchases given at end of transaction (with Kmart card).

Im not sure why K-Mart even bothers keeping this store open. The floor space is huge, but the merchandise is very limited, and it gives of the feeling of Soviet-era austerity. I let the store without buying anything, and felt seriously depressed for the following hour.

I hear some Kmarts are closing this might be one of them cuz it wasnt much stuff on the Shelf had to wait awhile for someone to help me with a price Lil bit pricier thats some of the other Kmart I was actually there for the grand opening of this Kmart years ago

I go into the store at 10 am on a Monday morning. There is one cashier open and after waiting in line for over 15 minutes and I walked away. The store has no staff or service an is not worth the stress.

Worst customer service I could have ever imagined. All attitude and very slow service it is obvious no one wants to be or work here. This place will be out of business soon with the way they are headed

The worst customer service... manager named "PC " who I spoke with on 12/31/16 around 2pm lied about canceling my online order that I requested to be cancelled.

Store is good but seems like it is getting closed, low inventory, less crowd. Apart from this outside of Kmart is keyme kiosk to duplicate keys even for cars..
