I wish i didnt have to even put a star in this.... That is how bad my experience was with this Sprint store. I got my phone switched off of Verizon so i decided to get a new phone plan. When i went in i thought everything was covered and i had my military discount set. Little did I know that was a HUGE lie. i called the manager of the store and he told me they do not honor two discounts until a year into the program. Fine, no big deal right? WRONG! They never told me that they needed my old phone to cut ONLY $650 of my old plan. So i had to upgrade my phone. I got told my bill would be around $90-95. I got a auto text saying my $110 bill will come out next week.....EXCUSE ME!? This Sprint Store has constantly lied to me and my father in multiple occasions! This is unacceptable. This is just a sleazeball operation they run there. Once I get back from Cali, HOPEFULLY i can leave Sprint ASAP.

Horrible experience. Transferred five lines from Verizon. Sprint service did not work in my home so I canceled the service (two days) and went back to Verizon. After several hundred dollars of taxes and fees I was told that they did not refund the taxes. After explaining that was illegal the manager got involved and got the process started. That was around four months ago and I am still waiting on a portion of the refund. Getting anything in writing from them is not an easy task either. My next step is the BBB and NJ division of taxation. Took four months but within a week of posting this review the remaining refund appeared in my account. Might have been a long line of coincidences that led to this but my recommendation is to stay away. At this point all balances are settled and they never have to worry about hearing from me again.

This staff at this location are the best. I recently visited the store to upgrade to a Galaxy S8 Plus and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about the phones capabilities. Albert spent time with me reviewing how to fully utilize all the features on the phone. I am very happy with my new phone. I will visit this store in the future.

Very unpleasant experience. Representative terminated the wrong lease, created a huge mess in my account, overcharged me by about $70, and was not able to produce a proper invoice showing taxes and itemized transactions. And the worst part is that he wont fix his own mess. I strongly do not recommend this store.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wouldnt recommend anyone going there. They completely mislead me on what i was going to get and refuse to own up to it. I have proof to what they said and all i got was "n i didnt mean that" Lesson learned. The one star is because it was clean. Thats it!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVIICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Still without my phone for almost a month now and on more than one occasion I have been treated disrespectfully by staff. Once my current issue is resolved i will no longer be using this sprint location. BBB here I come.

This store is absolutely great Albert and his team are very helpful. I switched 5 lines over from Verizon it was the best move I ever made. I am paying much less and the service has been great I have no complaints at all. Thank you for all your help.

Great Sprint store I just switched over 5 lines from AT&T and it was a very simple process. I saved a bunch of money monthly. The staff was great and explained everything in detail. I look forward to coming back to this store in the future
