They need to do more in the Sprint store other than just sales. There was like 5 people working and only 1 customer, myself and I needed a SIM card and they didnt even have it so I had to go to Totowa. It needs to be a full-service Sprint store like the one in Totowa. The days of a store just selling phones are long gone.

This is my favorite sprint store. The customer service is fast and efficient, with Kenneth Potts being my favorite. Ill go out of my way to go to this particular store.
