I am not great with computers or phones. However, when just by chance I went into the New Providence AT&T store ALL of my phone concerns were completely taken care of the FIRST time! Then later, I had lost my phone and again they had professionally handled all of my issues smoothly. ( With very little work on my side.) It was such a pleasure to walk into the store and be greeted with friendly and helpful sales people. (Especially Schad Falaise) who knows what he is doing and doesnt waste your time. I highly recommend that if you are looking to buy a phone ( which I did) or need help with your phone GO TO the NEW PROVIDENCE At&t store. Susan E.
