Stopped by to look at a Tahoe. Sales rep seemed uninterested because he thought I lived far. Okay, I can understand that. Then I asked for a test drive and they make you sign a damage waiver in the event damages occur during a test drive. Very shady, arent they insured?!? Ive never had to do this before at ANY dealership. To top it all off, the vehicle was "In transit mode", so the engine stuttered and did not drive like a new car should. No power at the throttle and shakes like it is about to blow. Another sales rep there even said "nothing drives like a Tahoe", though that is not what I had in mind. First my sales rep said lets drive another truck and then he said "They are all in transit mode". REALLY!?!? Does not seem like a place that wants my business. They just let me leave instead of selling me a 60K SUV. I hope Chevrolet corporate sees this. Very discouraging, back to the foreign market.

WOW,,,, Talk about lack of customer service!!! Live over 2 hours from dealership so I decided to call about a vehicle I found on website. Right off that bat the sales rep had no respect for me and pretty much refused to talk about vehicle unless I came into the dealership. Talked to me like I have never been to a dealership let alone purchased from one, even after explaining the reason why I am calling over the phone. I was very respectful and even mentioned the horrible experience I been having with other dealers. All within a 1 minute and 35 second conversation. Why even have a sales number on the website or even have a website. Cant even talk over the phone with a potential customer!! These guys are the reason dealer sales reps have such a bad impression. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, not even if they are giving away vehicles for free!!!!!

I purchased a new Silverado 1500 - the salesperson was nice in person and then after he had my credit application approved turned into a horrible horrible human being - Further the truck had given me a plethora of problems with in the first 500 miles and this dealership had no intention of calming the situation rather they lied over and over until eventually I had no choice but to get it serviced at a different dealership in the area. NOTE; ALL AMERICAN CHEVROLET DOES NOT HAVE LOANERS - I was offered a ride to HERTZ where i can not only pay a daily rental rate of over 50 a day but then pay my lease as well. My truck spent 3 weeks in service had I serviced the Silverado at the Ring of Hell call All American Chevrolet I would have pid over 1000 dollars for the rental. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

After deciding on a pickup truck, I went to the All American Chevy dealership where I met up with Johnny K. His relaxed and helpful manner and his demeanor, more like an mentor than a pressure salesman, aided me greatly in my decision process. Negotiating a final price was painless banter back and forth until a final, and quite agreeable price was reached. Conducting business further with the Sales Manager Greg and the Finance Director Kristen also went quite well. My introduction to the Service Dept. personnel for the purpose of ordering and scheduling the installation of some additional items proved again that All American Chevrolet is out to please their customers by providing top-notch service all around. Thanks again Johnny K!

Was one of the best experiences i have had leasing a car. I called told them what i wanted being i was in a rough spot with another car and they did everything in there power for me to get me what i wanted! The car i wanted and the price i wanted! They always have amazing deals and they really made sure i understood everything i was looking at and everything about the car! On top of everything they were so unbelievably nice!!! I had Chuck as my salesman and will definitely be going back to him!! Also the manager James is one of the nicest men i have ever met! They now have a new customer who will defiantly be continuing coming back!

Lousy experience. Went in looking to purchase a new Vette and they will not allowed me to test drive it. The salesman said "We do not allow test drives on the new Vettes" Really? They did have a Pre-owned that the salesman said I may be able to drive but after checking with the "Manager" he said they couldnt do it. They just didnt want to move the cars that were in front of it. They should take a lesson from Porsche they will gladly give you a test drive in any of their cars regardless of how expensive it is. So if this is how they treat you at sale time imagine if you really had an issue. I wouldnt buy a bicycle from this guys.

We purchased a 2013 Chevy Traverse. Love the car, but whats not to love about a new car? What I am thrilled about is the service we received at All American Chevrolet. Rick Romeo was our sales person, what a great guy!!! Buying a car from Rick was a pleasure, there was no hard sell, he let us think about our decision while politely staying in contact with us until we made our decision. This is our second purchase at All American and we will definitely be back again, especially if Rick is still there. I also LOVE driving an American made car. Thank you All American Chevrolet!!! I first walked onto the their lot on november 2011. I went with a buddy of mine and Jamie answered all our questions .She let us test drive multiple cars and we left. I was not pressured by her to buy nor was i spammed with follow up. I remembered how knowledgeable , courteous and patient she was with us. I returned 5 months later and again test drove 4 different cars. I made a purchase that night 4/9/2012 and felt good about giving her my business. On two seperate occasions she helped me anyway she could. I would recommend this dealer from the experience I had.

Ripping off an old woman, first they ripped her off with the lemon car she got from there and then talked her into leasing a new car, then they tell her 400 to 500 dollars for a mirror that broke off that she has to pay for. The mirror cost 55 dollars online, paint it probably 20. So she is paying 300 for the labor of 5 minutes of putting it on, which I think sucks, and what is the point then of leasing a car if you have to pay for repairs, that someone else caused. But she keeps going back thinking they are doing her a favor. Sucking her bank account dry.

Theres a first time for everything. At All America Chevy, having the "manager" tell me he wont run numbers on a car unless I promise to go through with the purchase was certainly a new one. Just to be clear, the explanation was that they didnt want to waste THEIR time. Meanwhile, the place was completely empty and actually closed early on a Saturday since customers stayed away. I cant imagine why. Oh yeah, they also tried to run lease numbers on MSRP. Haha.. thanks for the laugh. Note to dealer: youre a dime a dozen and I bought Mustang instead.

Stopped in Wednesday evening on a whim...just looking for a new vehicle for my father in law. Jason was an AMAZING sales rep. Zero pressure and very informative. He let us take our time & decide what we wanted...even let us drive one of the trucks home for my mother in law to see. Ended up getting a great deal on an awesome pick up truck for my father in law! Overall, it was a great experience! The entire staff there treated us like family...and I cant say enough how pleasant, down to earth & exceptional Jason was!
