I had the worst experience with Certified Auto Exchange. I purchased a Nissan Sentra 1 year ago, and they sold me a complete lemon. Right from the start, the headlights were not functioning, and they held the car for a week trying to fix the lights. When they allegedly fixed them, I picked up the car. The lights were completely broken and I had to get them replaced for $600...the mechanic stated that the light fixtures were completely torn apart. Secondly, the suspension was broken on the car. The drive belt was almost fully torn as well, and the engine frame was also loose and had to be replaced. Now, less than a year later, the transmission broke completely. I have invested more than $4,000 in repairs for this car in less than 1 year, which is ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Their sales personnel is deceptive and dishonest about the condition of the cars, as they prefer selling a broken car dishonestly, as opposed to morally refraining from selling a piece of junk. No one should give Certified Auto Exchange a single cent. If you think you are getting a good deal, you are probably being lied to.

I bought a Toyota Camry from this place and while I had gotten a good deal on it, the celebration was short lived. I had been given a 30 day temp license, but the wrong date was written on the plate, which said it expired 20 days early. When I asked for a replacement, I was told by a manager named Pat that this could not be done and that if I got a ticket, I could just explain the mistake in traffic court (nevermind that I didnt want to go to traffic court). This would have more acceptable if they could have gotten me my real plates in a timely manner, but this wasnt the case. Every time I called, I was told to call back next week (for three weeks). So here I am driving a car with an expired temp plate, with no indication as to when my actual plates would arrive. They never did. I was eventually informed that the car was unable to be registered due to a mistake with the title. To be fair the money was returned with relatively little hassle, but what a waste of time. Very unhelpful and uninformed customer service.

I bought a 2004 BMW , when I first got there they had told me its on sale when i over heard the owners saying shes up in the 4k so not to lower it and no warranty and I liked the car , everything seemed okay. They had a their "mechanic" check the car when in reality all he did was clear a light and told me everything was okay . The owner himself asked me why i needed a BMW if I work at dunkin donuts.They are all obnoxiously rude, except Anthony I actually feel bad that he works with such stuck up people. The day after I bought the car, got stuck in the middle of the road, in the rain the car needed a 600$ peice. A week later it needed a new sensor.A week went by it needed 300$ peice. Two weeks later it needs a $2000 repair. They sold me basically aluminum on wheels. They are a bunch of rude people who only care about money.I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone, not even if it was the last dealer on earth. I regret giving my hard earned money to such scumbags.

How can you post this showing 0 stars? STAY FAR AWAY from this place. They sell nothing but junk that never last more then 6 months and thats even if it last that long. As far as service and professionalism well thats just as bad. You will go in and talk to them and make a deal with them and they act as if it never happened. Treating you like your stupid. They will also tell you to bring in your car to be serviced if needed and that they will "take care of you" meanwhile they will keep your car for days and when trying to reach them they never have any answers. Probably because they need to get together to get their stories straight. Then they will tell you some kind of phoney story to try to get you to buy another car from them thats worse then what you had. The owner is a scumbag who does not know how to speak to people. Hes nasty and sarcastic and definitely does not know how to treat people. The most dishonest people ever. Remember STAY FAR AWAY.

Great, friendly and professional customer service! My used, 04 Jeep Liberty runs beautifully and has never given me a problem since its purchase in 2006! In fact, being that I was a young, inexperienced driver and it was my first purchase, the owner even gave me advice on car maintenance and things to do to keep my car running smoothly! Definitely will go to Certified Auto Exchage for my next car purchase!

They sell you a car that works for a month and then when it stops working they cant fix it. Was there a hand full of times with in the first month. After the first month they dont care that they sell lemons. Worst place to buy a car if you want one that runs. Service is terrible would never recommend.

BEWARE!! All the 5 star reviews are written by their own people ... Even the OWNER! This place sells defected cars that "only look good" at first but in reality they have ALOT of problems and fixes to be done. Service is bad aswell. Do yourself a favor, dont go to this place EVER in your life!!!
